Just updated spreadsheets with movements over holiday. Savings now 20k :T and net btl mortgage now starts with an 8 (just :rotfl:).
However, had a repair occurring while I was away, plus stuff bought for Spain and ordinary holiday spends means not a pretty picture coming up .A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Well, it's the day before payday and I have £3.83 left in current account :T (only because I borrowed £50 from savings account, forgot about BT one-off charge
).
Will be getting a small, much welcome, bonus this month :j.
Had to do a list of money transactions for tomorrow - of which number 8 is 'normal monthly movements'. I've got money going into accounts and different amounts going in the other direction, but it's actually simpler records wise to do them as separate transactions. That way I can follow the trail if I need to check anything later on. Which I probably will :rotfl:.
Manic few weeks ahead, away for weekend with friend, next weekend visiting DD and following week DS and gf moving out (:j:rotfl:) so will be on call to help out. Plus have a poorly relative, and away with work (probably) 3 days next week so no time for anything really
. Looking forward to doing a Tilly and sitting down to meal plan at some stage
.
Want to run a load of options through spreadsheets but it will take a good few hours which I just don't have
. Earmarked next Sat morning for it (seeing DD on Sunday).
Happy hump day everyone

To misquote the great Miss Dickson........ "I know me so well"Had to do a list of money transactions for tomorrow - of which number 8 is 'normal monthly movements'. . Would all have been fine if Halifax had shown as a credit straightaway so I didn't have to skip a step. Will sort out mess in the morning . A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Money sorted. Now owe Mr GG 41.1k :T. Overall debt 99.3k
(would have been lower but needed to move money from savings to pay mortgages before end of month rents received). A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
