Ouch
Still, it got you out of the washing up - bonus :rotfl:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Anyuthing to get out of the washing up
One finger is still throbbing but luckily its my left hand, or unluckily i will be able to do some work this afternoon.
After washing up DH asked "once we are rich and famous can we have a dishwasher?".

All the boys in the extended family have a group name as they are so all accident prone, so I guess this got me back for the times I laughed at them

Its amazing to do that, isn't it!redsquirrel80 wrote: »Morning! Got the photos - stunningly lovely!
:o:o Thank you!
Your clothes sorting sounds good and glad to hear the dress is as fabulous as you hoped
On the tree/ plant identification - I used to be quite good as my parents used to point everything out to me when I was younger and help me to use books to identify plants, forgotten a lot of it now, but I do have a couple of books which I like to take out occasionally and try to identify things. I still love working my way through the keys to figure it out.. blue.. five petals... etc etc
I've snipped this a bit, DT, but I agree with every word you originally wrote - I didn't get that extra email yesterday, but if they *do* give me a job, I think I'll probably turn it down - between the arrogance of the late information, and my energy levels and being out in the cold then in people's houses surrounded by other people's germsDouble_Trouble wrote: »Err I have been catching up but I notice that there is something missing no posts about you know what
do I have to start bum kicking or are you going to come up with some perfectly reasonable explanation - I warn you it will have to be good :rotfl:
Perfectly reasonable explanation alert:
truly, the thing I said about broken support/resistance still applies, tho I'm not checking it every day and in my head I'm supposed to. This is part of the notes I wrote on 18th Feb:
on the 15minute chart the small overnight range was broken before the market opened, so a trade at 8.15 had a target established at 7.30, 2 broken support resistance lines in the way, sailed through without a problem. Plus it carried on for another 15 minutes, became a little downside breakout, 14 net points profit.
I need 30 or so of those to establish a proper addition to my signals.
On another note I am still getting more and more annoyed with the census people have you heard from them? Had a holding email on 2nd Feb saying I would hear in 2 to 3 weeks yeah right isn't that what they said on the 15th December
I can do without all that.
Yes thanks! Put 5 items on, 4 sold - even my childhood sewing machine that I hate, thats what I've been wrapping - the P&P is twice as much as the item cost, so they deserve a well wrapped parcel. Three of the four have paid already, its going well. And it creates space in my sister's garage, which is the other important thing.EssexHebridean wrote: »Well done on the jeans KC - I tend to buy cheapie ones from Matalan as they fit me well and are always comfortable - I've found now that I always look for the pairs with a bit of side to side stretch in them as they are far more comfortable.
Thanks! I bought 5 size12s in total, I'm taking 3 of them back, of course, but these two fit really well, in their different ways :rotfl:
Another one here with a gasted flabber at the comment that woman made to you about being able to feel your ribs! You should have responded with a big smile and "well there's no chance of me being able to say the same to you, is there love!" and wait for the reaction - anyone that rude deserves being told a few home truths, in my view!
Its a bit more complex, tbh - we'd been clients together, but by then I was a trainee (it was a very long time ago
) and she didn't like it that I fit in .... par for the course, really.
Had to smile about Beanie's comment about hating buying jeans because they gape at the back - I had the same problem for years but my shape has changed slightly over the past few years and so it's not so bad now. I'm 5'1" and around a size 16 - as someone described it recently the B00b fairy has visited me too! I've got long-ish legs for my height, but am very short bodied, so my clothes-buying hate is dresses - my wedding dress was a corset style top (in deep red velvet!) and separate ivory satin skirt for this very reason!
Ooh! I like the sound of that :j The work pair of jeans gape a little tiny bit, but for £10 I refuse to complain
Did you sort all your eBay stuff out in the end? I listed over 30 items, sold 24 and have made about £70 on those so am quite happy! Will have to continue working through the photos and typing up text ready for the next free listing weekend I think!
:eek::eek: Owwwwwwwwwwww - how is it now? Glad you had a lay down.I had loads planned this morning but trapped my fingers in between a concrete drain cover and its hole. _pale_ Felt soooo sick, DH and DS were laughing at the faces I was pulling. Ended up laying on the bed for half hour.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

*pretends to understand trading talk*.. errm.. yeah good you've been checking out the resistance thingies.. does this mean you're closer to actually trading?Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
Its okay Squizz, I know its incomprehensible, but thats the research I was talking about doing last week
I know what I'm researching, I just have to wait until it happens a good few times more and see what happens each time - the question is "when the distance to a target is blocked by previously broken support or resistance lines, what happens?" I need to have lots of examples. When I have the examples, I'll make a rule about it, and then I'll start to trade including that new rule. 2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Hooray! :T (still clueless except that when you have sorted out your new rule, you can trade, and we can have a party
