Its a hard life, DT

Hmm, not a huge amount to write today - I have 3 hours of paid work, which is nice, tho it will also have attached a fair bit of unpaid work. I have to go collect my diary from the post office where I accidentally left it. I have to phone my mum this evening. I was going to go to Sainsbury's, but at the moment I can't really be bothered - still recovering from facing demons yesterday.2023: the year I get to buy a car0

Be kind to yourself today and 3 hours paid work is good
even if it does come with things attached

Thanks DT, thanks Squizz - you know, I'd completely forgotten about the word "kind" .... and I'd never even *thought* of acting out the nightmare scenario on the weeds, how clever!
I appreciate both your comments, very, very much. :kisses3::kisses3:2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

Today ended up being not bad at all
Diary was at the PO - they didn't want any ID before they gave it to me, but at least I got it
. The work didn't have very much unpaid stuff attached to it after all. My mum didn't *particularly* want to talk, so I got away with half an hour
And I've stopped feeling sick :j
I didn't do the garden in the end, but after I'd finished work, I was really pleased with what I did do - put the w/m on to clean all the scarves that had dust and baby spiders in (I shook them into the garden first, I promise), got the cordless screwdriver out and hung a few things up, found more stuff to charitize. I rearranged stuff on the first floor too, so the time was really worthwhile - every time I spend an hour on this kind of thing, the house gets more manageable. I like that

Thanks Gill - yes, it did! I positively felt I was getting over it, and the little things I did made a real difference, it was nice to see
