i did the first questions bit with Tim last night ... was/wasnt ( not exactly sure which lol ) surprised there was only one that was money related ... the rest was about other things
  • Morning, hearing you so energised makes me want to go away so I can come back ready to start again! Been busy sorting garage and the rubbish tip area of the garden, took as much to the recycling as we could and the rest went to the dustman. Still a long way to go both inside and out but feels good to have started :j.

Look forward to hearing how the trading goes next week.

    Good Morning KC!

Just popped in for a little catchup!

:jto progress in the garden! Isn't it amazing how energizing sun and fresh air are?

We bought some garden furniture restorer last weekend & this weekend OH has to get it cleaned and then mow the lawn - on the flip side I have to weed before he mows and do the bbq meal after he sets up the furniture! - :rotfl: - (I'd rather sit in the comfy chair and read a book.)

El, I'm now absolutely convinced that our ability to earn money/take money from the universe is all about our self worth and our use of our abilities.

That *sort* of sounds good :rotfl:to go away, as long as you come back again! I think a garage is one of the most difficult areas to sort, actually - having done mine in the old house, and now I'm helping my sister with hers (tho 95% of the stuff isn't hers, if you see what I mean). Again, its psychology - with less stuff in your property, there's more space and freeflow for new projects.

Hiya! Thats certainly true, RT, as well as my little break away :) It was so lovely being in the garden yesterday, and very satisfying to see a little area of soil appearing - erm, its about one foot by three foot, so not very big :rotfl:thats what had all the ivy tendrils in it. I'll keep going.

You have a lot of work in the garden too! My furniture doesn't need anything - well, the table I inherited is a white plastic thing, and needs a really good wash, but thats all. My chairs are lovely aluminium, and also need a wash, I didn't use them last year what with one thing and another. Tho I have a little deck at the end of this garden, and I bought some deck-oil (can't think of the right term for the life of me :rotfl:) so I must give that a go at some stage.

Today - hmmm, 3 hours paid work, the catching up on the admin is going pretty slow too, to be honest. I will cut the buddleia down today, and a part of me also wants to go to my local big Sainsbo, partly to buy some food, but mostly to see if they've any food processors on offer, as described in Martin's newsletter. I've sussed that if I buy one with dough hooks, I can cook gluten free bread in my oven, without having a breadmaker, and I can also use it to chop vegetables and batch cook them to freeze in stews. The arthritis is one reason why I'm using so much frozen food - no chopping! But it would be nice to have other veg too.

Right, I'd better post this *novel* before I break the boards :rotfl:

The theme tune to Dr Zhivago springs to mind .... but no, I don't :)

    Couldn't resist, Z!

EDIT - checked one out - I think I'd rather have the powered version, since it can do bread, and the liquidiser too .... but its a good idea.

Also check to see if your knives are sharp. As in *sharp*. If you're "chopping", sounds like they're as sharp as an axe, not as sharp as a knife.
