Hi RT! Yes, it was on my list, and I'm finally getting excited about it :) I'm going to have another cuppa now and check those town websites before the day gets away from me.

Bah to computers - I'm not sure what Stopzilla is but is there an alternative you could use?

Great to find a nice dentist. Could you go to a hygienist separately somewhere else if you find it really makes a difference?

Yes to both, I think - I need to spend time really thinking/researching about local dentists. Stopzilla - I'll try to reinstall, or at least downloadagain, and we'll see.

And thinking of your time diary, I've just found out where an appreciable percentage of my time goes - I'm sure I've been on here about an hour! After I've finally popped over to your diary, I'm going to log out, and come back in a few minutes, find out exactly how long I was on here - I dont think I can afford that much time during the working day. Its a bit different today, because I'd be trading at this time normally, but I need to know this stuff...

Hmm know what you mean re internet - I think I mentioned on FW's diary, I'm sure I spend too long 'hanging around' online when I could be doing other things. I mean catching up with everyone is vital, but maybe scheduling it in to the day would be better. Especially for you once you start trading properly :)

Thanks for the good wishes all :) and yep, I can finally look forward to having some time away - that will be really nice :)

Yes, you enjoy yourself. No random snogging of strange men... :naughty:

The computer is still giving me problems - my new download of Stopzilla doesn't seem to work properly, and the helpline people are *really* bad, unlike Samsung, and even unlike Virgin - so you *know* how bad they are.

What do you use Stopzilla for? Is it the anti-malware protection, or the popup prevention or what?

Plus my copy of Dreamweaver has decided to stop working - its an, um, private copy, shall we say? I think I can get my hands on another one, tho its not urgent.

Have you looked on t'internet to see if you can run it differently, like under XP mode?

Not sure what to do, because I'm sure that attention from a hygienist has been a big part of being so free from ongoing dental work.

Why are you sure of that?

Enjoy your trip to the East - I was born and bred in Cambridge but since leaving have realised how special it is *sob*. If it's a sunny day I guarantee you will feel like you are on a postcard! If you fancy seeing it from a different angle I recommend going up the tower of Great St Mary's Church (between Kings College and the market). Be prepared to climb a lot of steps though!

It picks up malware, yep - it found 4, so I guess its working again

I have no idea what that means :o (on Dreamweaver) ... but I don't honestly think it would make a difference - it was installed on this computer when I first got it - I think probably the disc is hurting (poor thing :rotfl:).

Why are you sure of that? (about a hygienist having been a real help)
Erm, not to do a TMI - but the crud she used to pull off my teeth with her torture instruments was quite astonishing

Thanks Taxi! Thanks rainbow - how nice to see you! I've been reading about that tower, it sounds wonderful :) the original reason for going to Cambridge was that I went to Oxford Poly and then lived round there for a while, but I've never, ever been to Cambridge - I'm really looking forward to it!

Four seems high - it's not picking up cookies is it?
