i know i'm gutted, a very big fan, she's joined the 27 club0 -
What a role model though - in some way, she might have just done the best thing that could happen for her fans and young people who are influenced by her. There hasn't been a good example for a while of how dangerous that lifestyle is, and all she was doing really was saying I did this and it made me rich and famous. My heart goes out to her family and friends though, and hopefully there is some peace for them. It must be really hard knowing it is so preventable.0

The new 'meile' vaccum is brilliant..so brilliant it has sucked up the little red mouse button off my laptop! Ops Don;t know why I thought it would be a good idea to get the food crumps off the keyboard with it:eek::o
Had an appointment with Mums consultant today, it wasn't great news but things have improved slightly. It will be at least a month before she can even consider coming home full time, however if all is well, we are hoping she can have a night 'sleep-over' at home on Sunday...just to see how things go.
I am on an alcohol free week (it is very easy to slip into the habbit of having some every night, especially whilst stressed) however I have drunk so much diet coke tonight I feel hyper!

I'm sat here having a chuckle, and I could kiss you as that is just what I needed tonight. Now I know not to hoover my keyboard. :rotfl:
Hope your mum can come home for a weekend. It is hard. My dad used to do that when he was in hospital 11 months with his broken back, and although not quite the same as for your mum, he found it so good and it meant a lot less rushing round for everyone.
Good luck on the alcohol free week. We snuck in a few extra recently so back to behaving again.0 -
Glad to be of service Cha!
Just remembered its my birthday on Friday and I just told you lot I was having an alcohol free week:eek:
