I received an order from Studio a few weeks ago - no problems with the delivery. However, like you I was tempted with the offer of a free tin of roses chocolates. Thought I could put these away for Christmas. Only thing is the sell by date on the chocs is November 2006. I'm going to risk it though
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

  • i get a few personalised bits from there and wrapping paper etc when they've got 70% off i find it handy for little bits and pieces and have always found the delivery fine.
Other women want a boob job. Honey the only silicone i'm interested in is on a 12 cup muffin tray, preferably shaped like little hearts
  • I have absolutely no problem with them sent an order by letter off on sat and my delivery came today so not bad at all. Although i do agree that you should pay off the balance as the interest is OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!
No one said it was going to be easy!!

    Sept GC £160:money:
  • Mine came in 3 packages and did take longer than most companies but arrived.

ordered the beers of the world gift set for dad and the glass was broken when it arrived so rang them up and they said get rid of the glass and we'll send you another one - quite pleased with reply
also ordered a nan charm frame but it arrived saying NNN not NAN - sent that back and recieved one a few days later with NAN on it - pleased with them but dont think i'll be using them again unless i'm desperate

I ordered personalised jewellery boxes for my bridesmaids, and the wedding was 23 Sep, They arrived a month later, last week in Oct. though I had ordered them at the end of August because they said allow 21 days... how long DOES it take to engrave something  also watch them because they have a box and if you tick it you end up paying insurance :( Also I think they have a call centre in India, and I agree  to the interest!

Usually within 7 days for non personalised and 21 for personalised. I like it apart from the customer services helpline, which isn't in this country and they can't understand what you are saying and it drives me potty. Some good stuff, some very 'different' things for gift ideas, but some TAT aswell.
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

It's great as long as nothing goes wrong...if you know what i mean? I normally buy a box full of stuff at Christmas (cards wrap house stuff) and I ALWAYS get something in my parcel which i didn't order - be it extra tags, cards etc. Last year I got 2 of those expanding crisscross things for hanging stuff on doors! As is the regulations I kept 'em. :)

That's why they're giving them away then ;)

Tomorrow is my 8th day of waiting  and that's for the stuff that isn't personalised. I want it noooow.

I really hope there's no problems with the order, I don't think I could stick going through what some of you have :(

Thanks for the replies guys :)
  • I used to order every year, for the personalised stuff, but when I got loads of stuff with the wrong names & dates etc on I never ordered again, although they constantly send me new cat's. They did however correct everything that was spelt worong & I got to keep the mistakes, which is quite funny when I get the baileys glass out and it spells Shazanne instead of Suzanne.

    Hope it all arrives soon.

PS Does everyone know that they are the company {Findel PLC} that have bought out Kleeneze etc and left Farepak to the adminstartors!!
