Glad you got the printer you wanted

Not impressed with those refillable cartridges

    Is the photo printing good?

actually its thanks to you, I got the printer. Cant comment on the photo part too early to say, Only been in my position for a few hours. tested the scanning and printing, and seems fine, thanks again for your help, I am now going to look at the links above you mentioned for addittional cartages.

Have a question for you, I have a few refilled cartidges from my previous lexmark, shall i throw them away, or could I get a few quid from them??

On this site there can only be one answer :)

    Get lots for them

For the cartridges, ukdvdr or bigpockets seem to be the best IMO

UKDVDR here currently at 4:14 a set

Bigpockets here currently at 4:23 a set

The one selling the refillable cartridges is expensive for compatibles

I've been to currys today and saw Canon all in one on sell for £29.99. The original price was £79.99. I regret that I bought another one for the same price, mine is quite basic and the quality is not so good.
    Hope it helps.
