I have been awolfrom the site for a few days. Great weightloss chick. If you let me know where your meal vouchers are for I can look it up in the eating out guide if that helps. Some may have already offered to do that for you.
Thanks for the offer, but I have the eating out guide myself nowI have vouchers for Pizza Express and Bella Italia. Blooming Bella Italia has changed their menu since the guide came out though :rotfl: I already have an idea about what I want and how to point it though

Well I'm doing pretty well following the plan at the moment, so hopefully the weightloss will follow and I'll be a fitter fresian soon

If you follow the plan honestly, loss will come! Don't despair if you find some weeks the loss is minimal or not at all - through tracking my weight I have noticed that the week I am due on, I "lose" virtually nothing - but the following week makes up for it. The week I went on holiday to Scotland, I gained weight. But over 14 weeks, I have lost about 25 pounds which if you average it out is a reasonable loss per week. I've also found that eating a big meal at 7pm or later doesn't work for me - if I'm going to be a piggy (like I was yesterday with ikea meatballs and chips - found voucher online 10 meal for £1.95!), then I do it at lunchtime and just have a big bowl of salad for tea. xxxMortgage free as of 11/11/15 !
:Anow... to start some serious saving :A

We're off on our holibobs tomorrow (just for a few days) and I've told Mr F we're going to stop at the supermarket on the way there so I can buy fruit and some WW snacks to take with us. I'm going to have to have fruit for breakfast to counteract the dinners out we're going to have

That means that if I'm hungry later on I just have a healthy snack and I feel full and quite content. I also got some WW custard (whoopsied) yesterday and it's really yummy, so I'm starting to find things that taste like treats without the fat content

Well that's me back from work and the supermarket...I've done my last overtime for the month as work have cancelled all overtime for a while. Bah.
Still, it means I'll be a little more rested I suppose
Went to the supermarket and bought some soups and snacks from WW. The Mexican bean soup is yummy. I was looking for something for dinner too but couldn't see anything I fancied. I hope I'm right in remembering that we've got fishcakes in the freezer :rotfl:
I sold two items on Ebay today for a whopping £4.50. I'll leave that in my Paypal account and use it as a discount on my next crafting purchase I think
