Morning all
Thanks for your support, you're all lovely
I made a wee purchase last night at the meeting and bought myself a WW pedometer. It's very pretty and works out how many points I'm earning through daily activity. It wasn't cheap, but I think it will be quite motivating. I've also promised Palema that I'll use it every day and tell the ladies how far I've walked by next week!
Pennies from the normal budget are quite tight in Fresian Towers, but I've decided that I am going to take all my spends for next week from my holiday budget (apart from groceries) This will give us the freedom to do some fun things in Edinburgh when we come back from York.
Better get ready - I'm not doing overtime this morning to give myself a wee rest but still need to get my arris in gear!

Evening
Good news from the pedometer....I've done over 4 miles today, just with my normal wandering about and then a good half hour walk after work. Feeling quite virtuous :A
I spent £12 on lunch today (we took out someone from work who is leaving the department) I had a pasta dish with tomato and roasted vegetable sauce, I have no idea how to "point it" so took a wild stab in the dark and hoped for the best. It was better than anything with chips (which is what I wanted) and I think I walked off a good bit after work anyway.
I also bought this month's Glamour to get the free Benefit makeup. It's £18.50 for 13ml normally and my 4ml sample cost me £2 so I think that's a good deal. I might get another one tomorrow, as High Beam is one of my favourite products.
I've been trying to research yummy things to eat that won't break the WW bank while I'm away and it's proving tricky. I'm resting safe in the knowledge that we'll walk about a lot and that should help my points intake. The only thing about researching what I can eat is that reading all these menus make me hungry :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Bedtime for me now, night all!

Hi F_F
I have been awolfrom the site for a few days. Great weightloss chick. If you let me know where your meal vouchers are for I can look it up in the eating out guide if that helps. Some may have already offered to do that for you.
The pedometer is a great way to earn extra points and I find myself competing with myself to do more...hmmmm how does that work then
Anyway have a brilliant holiday week, you deserve a little rest after all that OTall for the good though.
