Just a thought but do you have like open office or like libre office? Just wondering? Praying you didn't pay full price....Software for students are quite good if you have children in state education or are a student yourself :)

Thanks so much for your care and concern sophia...

Anxiety got me on Monday and I came back to the ward on Monday night and within about 10 minutes the voices got really bad so some eject refused her meds, defused the tv and the radio (with the hospital knife....just unscrewed the plugs and took the fuses out..simple :D) and then went wandering (at the point of thinking that maybe unscrewing the locks off the windows wasn't my best idea LOL). Nurses dragged me back @ 3am...went wandering home again about 8am... Then though the voices were going to kill me if I didn't do what they said so just went to the station and got a single to Southampton (whoops...major bashing of OD @ 151) - got as far as Carlisle before getting taken off the train weeping cos of the voices....Got escort off ward for a couple of days but even though I had net on me (you have to use your own dongle here) I wasn't well enough to come online...Only got back online yesterday...

Anyhow am back and somehow today or tomorrow got to get head round budget and get back on track...

Hope everyone is well. Good luck with DH Sophia

No PAD yesterday or over the weekend as there has been a problem with OH wages clearing in our account so having to keep all the pennies! So irritating. Hopefully it will be sorted out next Monday and then I can start padding again.

Morning everyone, are you all well?

Hope you're feeling much better now Erme, sorry to hear you've been having a tough time of things.

What an odd couple of weeks - all those bank holidays created havoc with the bank balances, it didn't update for ages. The good news is I must have done super-well at work as my bonus was more than I expected. I had to wait for the whole bank holiday bank things to settle down and I took some money out of savings but I've done it. Yesterday I paid my credit card off. Today I am debt-free for the first time in 20 years.

I remember a few months ago flyin_fresian saying it felt amazing to make the last payment, so I was waiting for the feeling of euphoria - but I'm still waiting!! :rotfl::rotfl: :rotfl:
Maybe it will kick in next month when I realise all my wages are mine. The revised spreadsheet looks bl00dy fantastic!!!!!

So yesterday and today : £2986.55
I myself am made entirely of flaws, stitched together with good intentions...
