  • Once again it's the runaround trying to meet minimum payments and bank charges. Our outgoings are more than our incomings so have still relied on cc spending. However I have made small PADs during the month so hopefully that helps. I do have a reasonable large sum of money coming my way next month so the plan is to pay off OH's cc. I've been doing the spreadsheet to see where and what we spend our money on and I'm hopeful that we may, just may, start a savings pot for emergencies, whilst paying off my cc and o/d. I'll PAD towards my cc. So £285 today towards my CC.

Hi Erme, We decided to make a huge push to be as frugal as possible to pay off as much as possible because we have decided to try to keep our car going until new year when we will be debt free and maybe have a few pounds to spent although its limping along at the moment so fingers crossed.
    PAD for today £1.00

Thanks so much for your care and concern sophia...

Anxiety got me on Monday and I came back to the ward on Monday night and within about 10 minutes the voices got really bad so some eject refused her meds, defused the tv and the radio (with the hospital knife....just unscrewed the plugs and took the fuses out..simple :D) and then went wandering (at the point of thinking that maybe unscrewing the locks off the windows wasn't my best idea LOL). Nurses dragged me back @ 3am...went wandering home again about 8am... Then though the voices were going to kill me if I didn't do what they said so just went to the station and got a single to Southampton (whoops...major bashing of OD @ 151) - got as far as Carlisle before getting taken off the train weeping cos of the voices....Got escort off ward for a couple of days but even though I had net on me (you have to use your own dongle here) I wasn't well enough to come online...Only got back online yesterday...

Anyhow am back and somehow today or tomorrow got to get head round budget and get back on track...

Hope everyone is well. Good luck with DH Sophia

    Hi everyone,
I have my spreadsheets back now yay! But I don't like this new version of office, it will take some getting used to!

Just £1 for today please - I should be getting paid tomorrow but don't want to make pads over the bank holidays as then I won't know where I am with anything! :p

We are going to meet with our potential wedding DJ tonight - dunno whats wrong with sticking an ipod on the sound system myself but OH insisted! Then we have to book the car next week, aaargh it was so nice having some money in a savings account and now it will be all gone :(:rotfl:

    Have a good day all
    xx

Just a thought but do you have like open office or like libre office? Just wondering? Praying you didn't pay full price....Software for students are quite good if you have children in state education or are a student yourself :)
