  • I've also just read Flower's news! Congratulations!! I'm so pleased for you - don't beat yourself up about bringing a baby up whilst you're in debt, as long as they've got milk, somewhere warm to sleep and a few toilet roll tubes and empty milk cartons to play with - they'll never know!! :A

Congrats to Flower from me too. I'm not pregnant myself. I just look like I am.
Just wanted to mention something about bog roll tubes. My friend's son's school banned them from the art classes due to being a health and safety risk. When I thought it through (after getting up off the floor laughing), I suppose they do have a point. Unlikely but definitely possible - without getting too gross about it :) .
  • Thanks Euro :D

Not bothering as such, just someone on another thread who has deeply held religious convictions and isn't shy about talking about who is and isn't going to hell. People can believe what they want, but I'm not up for feeling judged because I'm not a believer. Trouble is, I'm also not someone who will be able to ignore things like that, so better to ignore the person and then I don't start any arguments on said thread.

Shall go and edit my settings now, thanks petal :T

Well I wouldn't mind going to hell. All that s*x around a nice warm fire. At least I wouldn't have to worry about the heating bill.

They've done the same at DD's school and they've banned egg boxes too but toilet roll tubes kept DD busy for hours...there are soooo many things you can do with them :D Although I'm a believer in washing your hands after going to the toilet and before meals etc, I'm also a believer in a few germs being good for babies/kids so I've never been anal about germs - I've let DD eat sweets that's she dropped and kitchen floor food etc :D

O.k so we don't start a H&S or hygiene row, how about we say kitchen roll tubes instead?! :p
