Congrats Flower that is lovely news.
My PAD for today is £80 to M%S, but OH is replacing a tyre on his car tonight so will have to shift some cash into the account to cover that.0 -
Thanks Saorsie for your good wishes.
Massive congratulations on your baby news Flower.:j Be excited about your baby and try not to lose too much sleep over your money worries. The main thing is you are handling it by being part of the PAD-ing crew. I have raised my son alone with very little money over the years and we have had a blast and he is not deprived in any way. Your baby needs happy parents with lots of love to give, and that is free. Baby won't care if it is wearing top of the range nappies, or sleeping in a fancy cot.PAD-ing Since 7/1/11 2012 - £2329.10 2011 - £4760.88 :money:

Afternoon all,
I have some news for you all - I am pregnantnearly 11 weeks!
After spending the last few weeks being incredibly excited, I am on a bit of a downer today about being in debt and bringing a baby into the situation.
So this is the kick up the backside I need to really start trying to get rid of this debt once and for all!
Payday next week and I plan to really start attacking the credit cards.
Congratulations Flower I would love another baby. Try not to let money stress you out you are dealing with it and that's what you need to feel good about.Allie_Ballie_Bee wrote: ȣ22.43 for me today please Saorsie
Picked up a nasty bug at school on Tuesday so I have been off ill the last couple of days. No work = no payStill I have had the time to watch the first 3 episodes of the Downton Abbey series I recorded ages ago
Always a silver lining.
Allie - i think its terrible that some companies wont pay sick my company the same it makes you really push yourself to go in anyway not doing yourself any favours in the long run. But you are also giving it to everyone else. Hope you feel better soon.

Hey Guys!!
Just popping in to let you all know I'm still alive and being kicked
I'm so skint it's untrue so I've had to take another week off padding...my plans are all going to s**t and I'm feeling really worn out about everything money related, I might just have to whip out a credit card at some point but I'm really trying not to do that!!
I blink and the price of food has gone up and DD won't stop growing and I feel like I'm buying her new clothes every 10 mins!!
I also had to buy a new tyre a few days ago...the car is in need of a service so I was going to stop using it for a while and I was going to start walking the kids to the school in the morning to drop DD at nursery and walk back again to collect her as it's only a 10min walk away but I don't have a raincover for the single pushchair (this has been caused by me saying - It'll be sunny soon, I won't use it so there's no point buying one!!) but now the winter weather is back (not much snow as yet but really cold, windy and wet!) so I'm back to using it thus paying for fuel I shouldn't really be buying!!
Anyway, any padding from now on will have to go to my 'Oh crap, where's the money gonna come from to pay for that'? fund
I've also just read Flower's news! Congratulations!! I'm so pleased for you - don't beat yourself up about bringing a baby up whilst you're in debt, as long as they've got milk, somewhere warm to sleep and a few toilet roll tubes and empty milk cartons to play with - they'll never know!! :AStarted PADdin' 13/04/09 paid £7486.66 - CC free 02/11/10
