I am back and ready to start clearing with avengence!

Plan on starting to sort out the house this week, will get an ebay box going and as soon as there is a free listing day I will get as much on as possible. Also going to make a real effort to do every survey etc that comes through my inbox.

Mystery solved: Credited interest and cost as I cancelled the PPI cover for the loan so the loan has shrunk a little quicker than I anticipated
