Hey!
Im the same on the weight front - just had a sneak peak of my weight and Ive gained 1lb! So really need to get to the gym tomorrow night - everyone else will just have to give me the hour I so desperately need!
And yes hospital car parks are a joke! My mum has had health problems all my life and until recently would have been in hospital probably about 5-6 months of the year every year - my dad would visit her everyday before/after work and then take us kids at the weekend - so that was roughly 18 hours a week of parking! Thankfully a lovely nurse had a word given our situation and got my dad a free parking pass otherwise it would of crippled us! Disguisting really!Life is what you make it.0 -
Or how about not pay at all.
That Beanie is the ideal option!!
When my niece was born last May she was really ill and my brother had to pay all day parking BUT they got a pass giving them a discount, which still cost him quite a bit.
I don't know what is wrong with me this week - I am hungry all the time and have had a binge 3 nights running - I'm very mad at myself as well because I only have 2lb to get to my goal weight
Will rectify it next week and knuckle down and get to goal before the end of January I am really wanting to be a gold member

How do you find it?
I am thinking of going.
I did Sc Slimmers last time & got to target & put it on again.
Is the gold award for getting to target?
Is it easy to follow?

Do you get gold membership over here like you do in the states? Once you get to goal you don't have to pay to visit meetings. Good luck with it P, you can make it :T0 -

I love it - My leader thinks the Pro points plan was made for me
You get a daily points allowance and a weekly points allowance, the weekly points are there to be used when and if you need them! Plus there is 0 points on fruit and most veg. I find it easy to follow, others in my class are struggling I think it depends on the individual person really.
I would recommend WW Beanie
The Gold membership is for getting to your goal weight, once you are there you don't pay for class, I think it is similar to the States PaP. I don't pay now as I help at my class - I have 2lb to go to get to the top of my healthy weight range, I am going to try lose a bit more, even at my heaviest (13st 9.5lb) I didn't look it, according to friends, but I am pretty tall (5ft 8in) it was a mixture of photo's and having to buy bigger clothes that made me want to lose weight, I feel so much better and have hardly had any bother with my Asthma since so it has had added health befits as well
Thanks for the encouragement, I really appreciate it

Hello! I didn't realise you had a diary
Well done on the weight loss, I'm trying to cut back the fizzy juice right now as that's the main thing that's keeping it piled on me, all those empty calories! Don't want to go cold turkey though or I'll get a caffine headache and that ain't pretty.
I completely agree with your decision to stay with the woman in a&e, kidney stones are an awful thing to have and I'm sure she was glad for you being there. The debtWILLbegone - taking it 1% at a time
