  • Let me know if you're coming to Ippo &/or Rye House - I'll almost certainly be at the first in any case, and can easily get to the second (15 minutes away from here!) - I'd even support your lot against Rye, but NOT against the Witches! :D

I will try to make it to Rye this year - Lesley and Co usually come along and support our boys if we come down!
I dunno about Ippo with it being a Thursday night track difficult to get the time off work.

  • Hi Everyone

I have had a fantastic final day of my holidays! :D
I went to see Hairspray this afternoon and absolutely loved it Michael Ball was totally amazing as Edna.

I have had several spends today :(

    Today's spends
    £3.00 bus fares
    £1.35 drink in pub
£4.00 show programme (I collect them when I go to the theatre or a gig)
£5.00 for 2 ice cream tubs ( was a little treat!)

    Total spend today £13.35

I also went to our local John Lewis on the way to the theatre to look at the kindles and e-readers but they did not have any Kindles so will go back another day, I'm not in a rush to buy one I just want to know which one I prefer by looking now so when the time comes I just have to go and buy!! :D

  • Hi Palema,

Found your new diary at last. I kept meaning to look for it and forgetting.

£13.50 for a full afternoon out and show sounds amazing value. That never seems to happen to me. Maybe I need to look for afternoon tickets for weekends.

I've just read through your whole diary. You have LOADS of savings accounts, I think I will have to start opening little savings accounts all over to get pockets of money for things like my car etc etc. Are yours all attached to one bank or spread all over the place?

    :hello:IWAH
Glad you found my little diary! :D

I thought it was better to have several savings accounts and then I would know how much I have for each thing - car, POD, holidays etc.
The majority are with my bank (BOS) except my 1st homebuyer account (Santander) and my VSP (AA)

  • Hi Everyone
First day back at work today and it was actually OK!! Plus I finished at 2pm :T:T
I went my Gran's food shopping for the 1st time in about 5 weeks due to the snow and general crap weather!
A pretty quiet day to be honest.
I also managed my 2nd NSD of the month :D

    Hi Everyone
    My 3rd NSD of 2011 :D
The joys of being back at work!! The downside is I am shattered as my body clock is still adjusting to getting up at 6am again
I noticed on another thread that it is a free listings weekend on ebay - So my plan is to put all the items I have on over the weekend and hopefully make some money :)
