This week I shall be cooking: Chicken and bacon risotto, chicken curry and my own kidney beanless chilli.
I spent £50 at Sainsburys before...is that a lot for one person for the week? To clarify I did buy a £5 bottle of wine, sugar, curry powder, two big bottles of vimto for work (it's my turn) and some biscuits as a treat for me, all of which I don't usually buy. I won't need to shop again now until next weekend at the earliest. Bought quite a bit of fruit as well, I'm on a health kick.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

I'm feeling very accomplished at the minute, I'm working hard and feel like I'm accomplishing a lot. Go me.I don't even know why to be honest, I'm not really doing anything more than normal.

Right, another busy day at the twinklie house. Got back from work and went to get my flu and pneumonia jab. Sore arms now...that nurse was a bit "firm".
Running round like a headless chicken trying to sort my year 7 books ready for checking my SLT on Tuesday, then I have 2 observations coming up. One by HOD and one by 2 members of the department!! STRESS. I'm also running my first ever trip on Monday to Manchester...scary biscuits! :-s
