Men! Doesn't he know you're scared silly about him? I bet he's saying 'there's no need for you to worry, I'll be fine...'

Don't they realise not worrying is not an option!!!!

I hope he really is fine... I'm sure he is.... :)

He is fine...thank God. Squirrel the scooter as never cause a problem until this man just pulled out at the roundabout and drove into him for no reason! But then, the same thing nearly happened to me on the same roundabout today with someone else (I was in my MASSIVE Passat Estate though). It's people that can't bloomin' drive being allowed on the roads that are the problem!!!!!!!!!!

I won't even get started on my journey home on the motorway tonight!! :D

Yeah back at school. But had an awful day. Someone I work with collapsed and had a massive heart attack. Unfortunately they passed on. Their kids go to our school too....I'm absolutely gutted. :(

Feeling rather smug because I've done my tax return already! I owed 20p. :( Boo.
Next year I imagine I will owe significantly more now I'm tutoring but still, we shall see...all the money is going in a business account that I'm not really touching anyway so it's not such a big deal.

Right now to get busy doing school stuff I guess. :(

Right, I'm on strike today so losing a days pay. I'm not inviting any debate on whether it's right or wrong to strike or who is harder done to public or private sectors etc. I think we are all being hard done to etc and people need to make a stand. It's my view on my diary - end of.

That said, I can't believe how ignorant people are about this whole situation. The number of people that think it's just a day off. Grrr.

Moving on, I've been paid thank goodness because Belle is getting spayed on Friday and I was £30 off hitting the end of my overdraft. I'm so skint at the minute (due to DH's accident) it's untrue. Thank goodness for Necter points or it would be beans on toast for xmas lunch. Least we can get a nice bit of meat, and some veggies. :)

Right, I'm marking coursework at the minute, then cleaning the house, then doing some lesson planning. I'm sure it goes against the point of the strike to some degree - but I don't want to work this weekend, it'll be the first time I've seen DH for 2 weeks. :D
