Had a fab day with my friend and babysitting for a bit for her 4.5 month old little boy. He's such a smiler. :D

    do i detect a little broodiness :p:D?

they are lovely at that age, makes me want one. but there's nothing like someone else's toddler having the screaming abdabs to make you suddenly become much more in favour of postponing the babymaking stage :D

if it's any consolation onepoll hates me too. I'm at the princely sum of £3.35 and getting nowhere fast!

Ha ha ha. Pavlov, I've never made my wanting kids a secret, I think Courgette has heard me moaning for years about it now. I was most jealous of her and Earthy when they sprung their little ones. However, my DH and I don't want to be apart when we have them and he's only got about 18 months to go. Then he has up to 6 months to write up and then needs to find a job. I know their is never a good time but if we had kids now he'd have to give up his PhD which defeats the object of us putting ourselves through all this stress and time apart.

When I was 16 I was given a druggies baby to look after for a year (don't ask - I have an odd family) and kinda got the feel for what it's like for raising a little one. Nappies, sleepless nights etc. At 16 I wasn't impressed, especially given I wasn't even asked to look after him, was just told!!

Anyway, thats kinda beside the point. Time for more money making research....

Up to £6.85 on Onepoll now. Qualified for 2 surveys this morning. Very exciting stuff!!

DH and I have our eye tests booked for this pm. Should be £15 each but I found a voucher online that will allow us to get it for £5 each. Woo hoo! :D Feeling quite proud of myself over that one - sad I know! :D

Just wait until you get past 40! I used to have excellent eyesight, but I'm going to need glasses soon, I'm afraid.

Very busy morning. Walked Belle (1 hr), scrubbed the yard, paddled with Belle in the yard to keep her cool, put a wash on, cleaned the kitchen, washed up, and did a MAMMOTH food shop!

I'm pooped now - but it's time for rugby! WOO HOO! WALES WALES WALES!!!!

Right hoping to get back on track with ye old work stuff from today, although it's 11.28am and I still need to clean the kitchen, scrub the yard, hang out my washing and take Belle for a walk. Not to mention make lunch. :( There just aren't enough hours in the day - how do I get it all done when I'm at work, I just don't understand.

Anyway, if I can get the KS3 stuff done today, then perhaps some Psychology tomorrow I'll be very happy. DH has a physio appointment 9am on Wednesday, then Thursday I'm going into work for results day. I want to give my form their results and join in their celebrations "fingers crossed".
