How many others being interviewed? I tend to do best in interviews when I don't think about the outcome too much, just try to enjoy the experience.Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0

There are 5 of us. One isn't a teacher - behaviour person, an NQT and 3 teachers between 3 - 5 years teaching experience (2 of us are in same dept!!). I'm just trying to see it as excellent experience.Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25

I'm quite excited about it too! Will you still have to teach your subject? I really hope you get it, it's got me thinking though about whether I'd enjoy the pastoral side more.

My feedback, Head and !!! (assistant) head 1 can't see me in a leadership role. !!! (assistant) head 2 said I didn't big myself up enough. They didn't actually ask me to explain to them about my leadership skills I might point out. Ah well.

!!! might be more appropriate. I hope you aren't too disappointed with that. So, next interview, big up what a fab leader you are. I thought you were doing more leadership stuff with working on the mat leave cover? Who knows what this NQT is bringing to the role. Brave move on their part giving it to someone who has been teaching for only 2 terms.0
