Stay well Erme and try and get some rest.0

I know we don't always get on FF but I have a lot of time and respect for you and pray we can be amiable...(that's prolly more to do with me than you so I'm trying not to be offensive and I pray this doesn't get lost in translation)
This hasn't been lost in translation at all Erme, thanks for taking the time to say that
I think that we (and others!!) should agree to disagree on matters of religion and leave it at that. Look forward to seeing you posting when you decide it's time to come back to us - and maybe a picture or two of the rats as well.
Take care.

If you shop in supermarkets what day is best for bargains? I can only shop in school hours so can't get the evening or late night bargains but last time I went to Mr T was Friday and it seemed like the whole world was there, it was hell!0

sorry but this isnt really frugal - quite the opposite - i've had to buy biscuits for the office at work for being lovely to me and understanding, and picking me up when i was in a mess crying in the toilets.:o
HR are being utterly aweful - calling me in today on Annual Leave then not turning up!! so that, on top of everything else meant i collapsed in a pool of tears in the toilets. how embarassing. i dont even know why i'm telling you here. cathartic perhaps? i dont know. sorry.
and our vendors have asked if they can push back the house move date...if there's anything else coming can we please get it over with before i drive home? i'd appreciate that. thanks.

reading over the pages here has made me calm down quite a lot. thanks for that.
rubytuesday - thanks, that sounds really nice thing to do. i'll look into it.
ceridwen - your 'switching off' sounds a lot like what i do with either a pendulm or with free flow writing. giving my subconscious a chance to speak loud enough for the rest of me to hear.tumptyteapot wrote: »please enlighten me :-) what is nooch sauce? So do i use the flakes instead of cheese? ill have a look into them
Ive never had ricotta, but will bookmark this for future use, thank you
~ there was a recipie on Alpro's website using their products too for a very creamy sauce
~ there's a great very very frugal recipie in Veganomonican (or however that's spelt), basically it's a flour and marge roux, let down with veg stock, then it thickens as it cooks due to the flour, then you add garlic powder, herbs ect and a tablespoon of those yeast flakes (look like fish food and smell odd, :rotfl:but taste yum!). i'll look it up at home tonight if someone else doesnt get there first.Relax, Breathe, Love 2014 Challenges:Cross Stitch Cafe Challenger 23. Oh Dear, 23rdspiral how dare HR arrange an appointment then not turn up, I would be very angry with them, especially as you are on annual leave. I hope you tell them what you think about it all, nobody should treat another in that way. Then on top of it theres the house move, do so wish it happens soon without any hitches. Hugs to you.:) XXKeep to £400 a month on C/C.

Spaved and whoopsied
Stocked up with stamps via Superdr*g, to get their 5% off first class, and to have got them before the postal rates go up at the beginning of April!
Reading this thread, and constantly hunting for food bargains.
But it all helps very little.

NSD today, sort of - I spent some money on paint and timber for a shelf but that is from a separate account for house repairs so not in the budget. I feel a bit like I have cheated but oh the things I could have bought for me...... :-)0

Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
