Nope, not a sausage. Claire has gone, looks like so have we:(
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

we did quite a few - which ones were you thinking of? :)

I was actually asking because my Mum has got one of the 'America the Beautiful' passes that she bought in September and it can be used in many of the National Parks. Neither me or my husband drives, so we can't use it, but I was wondering if anyone on here could make use of it. It's valid until Sep 2012 & I'd rather someone here has first dibs as you've all been so helpful with tips & suggestions.

As for cheap water, we usually buy a slab at WalMart for $4 or $5 for 24 and keep it in the boot of the rental car and bring a few into the room each day. :)

    . :)

We do the exact same thing for water

    !! I think I am in love...
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?
  • Just starting to think about changing some £ to $. Have checked the travel money comparison tool on here and the best rate (for collection in London - which isn't a problem) is $1.55.

Can someone give me an idea of the current rate in Vegas pls?

Hello all, long time no see.

as you can probably guess i have not been dropping by here very often due the joys of being the proud father of a now nearly one year old baby girl.

But the time of year is coming around again and i would like to re extend the invite for a regular to take over the info posted on the first page. It is probably more than a little out of date now, as i am really not up with current Vegas going on's.

It should be simple enough to take over i will just email you the code on page one to post into new posts. and you will then have full control of the Las Vegas guide.

let me know what you guys think.
Better in my pocket than theirs :rotfl:

Tretts. Are you like me working out the mechanics of holidays with a baby? We are currently resorting to cruises from Southampton ad can't face flying
I still lurk on here daily just to catch up with what's going on

My vote is for ferf to take over the reigns!!
