JuneJust out of interest-if money was no object and you could stay at any ONE hotel in Vegas which one would you choose and why?
I would choose any that let me have around 20 scantily clad chicks surround me in my luxury room all night, for 1 night only
As the following day, i would be waking up ready to get married, and then go back to my normal room in the Trop !0 -
MarchJust a quick note to say that we're back after our trip. Hoping to write up the trip report over the next weekLove MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!0

I was looking at the resort fees and thinking what a rip off when I have I ever made a call from my room in Vegas and when have I ever read a newspaper but then I do like free internet access but I dont need it every day ? The gripe I really have is that some of the resort fees include free drinks or drinks vouchers but where as the resort fee is a daily charge the free drinks are only a once off how does this work. Below is the list I have done of resort chargesIts Vegas time -no longer :T a five year old has changed Vegas time to Orlando time0

At Mandalay check-in, they give you 2 coupons, each valid for one complimentary well drink, or domestic beer or house wine..(gratuity not included)0 -
November / DecemberThanks for that, very useful. Still not booked my hotel. I liked the question about where would you stay no object, where would you stay being more realistic? So far my search has been at the five star options. I want as luxurious a room as I can, but equally dont want to be miles away from the centre of the action. Meeting my sister there, she is travelling from a different part of the world, but has booked the Bellagio..but I think their standard rooms look a little tired so not so keen on booking them given the money. I've booked the flights with Virgin, then I need to also book 2 nights somewhere near GC! wish i could make my mind up on it all. And I work in the hotel industry too!0

Im by no means a cheap charlie but ive never seen the reason to tip a barman for pouring a dink. Ok maybe for a cocktail that takes time, but no way for sticking a glass under a pump.
Its not as though they have gone out of their way for you like a cocktail waitress does, plus they dont get pre-taxed for tips like a waitress does0
