After that use everything so far as possibly in order of age - oldest first, particularly with Lush stuff which goes off relatively quickly.
Wear perfume EVERY day - so what if you're not going out or seeing anyone, hey girl, you're worth it! :rotfl:
Make a habit of using your hand cream in the morning before you go out, at night before you go to bed, and as many times during the day as you can remember.
Designate one night a week as "Pamper night" - soak in the bath with a face mask on, body scrub, hair wash & deep conditioner, then out, body butter, moisturise face, slather cream onto hands and feet and pop cotton gloves and socks on if you have them. You'll feel so relaxed afterwards as well you will probably have a wonderful soothing nights sleep too!
Thank you :j
I now have a tube of hand food, and my tube of the daily smooth sitting beside my bed, and planning a pampering night tomorrow!0 -

And i feel the need to post some stash !!!!!!:
Love Love LOVE that totally crammed bathroom shelf unit!
Day 13 and I haven't bought anything! :j Wooo! Not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted. Einstein0 -
Morning everyone! Some very impressive stashes being listed! I'm on an eBay mission tonight (clothes, clutter, toiletries...) so will make a list of anything that I will (be hoping to) sell, mainly multiple BS moisturisers and sprays that I bought on glitches and after using one of them a couple of times decided I didn't like etc.
I have a UU - my Benefit Do It Daily moisturiser. WIBA Hmm I have mixed views on this moisturiser. When I first bought it it was nice, about a week later it started burning when I put it on so it got consigned to the stash. I bought it out periodically and got on with it but i'd be tempted with something else, and as mentioned earlier it started to burn again this week which I put down to the cleanser being too astringent. It was lovely when it wasn't aggravating but I don't think I would buy it again because it is probably telling me that it is not suitable for my skin!!!
I have moved on to an Olay daily moisturiser that I was gifted - I would never have chose this brand but I really like this moisturiser! It's spluttering (darn all these half finished bottles, plus side more UUs) so I think this will be finished within a week or so!
Tonight will be my first night in all week (2nd job, AGM for my team, friend commitments) so I think I will have a bath after dinner when I get in, then pamper alongside listing my products on eBay!! I'll be shaving, face mask, hair treatment, moisturising, fake tanning, removing my current chipped varnishand painting my finger and toenails. I might even whack the heating up to full and make it feel almost like a spa weekend! :rotfl:
have a good day ladies xx0 -
WHAT HAVE I DONE!!!! I have fallen off ladies, quite spectacularly.
I bought a shed load of the Urban Spa stuff in the sale on Beautique website. It was sooooooo cheap...I will use it for gifts, yes that is what I'll do, I won't be tempted to lift the cellophane on any of the articles; I'll just line them up and drool, then put them in the present cupboard! It's all OK, panic over...0 -

I done that last week :rotfl: but the perfume is being eBayed - not as nice as I hoped!! The rest of the stuff I had plenty of in my stash0 -
littlepinkstars44 the photos are amazing, particularly the little shelves - are they attached to a door in your bedroom/bathroom?
posting I would certainly say that selling/giving away counts - particularly things 'bought' as part of glitches and gifts that you'll never use. Sell them, give them to family/friends, to the local women's refuge. Someone else will use them then and you'll feel less bad.
Was out for the 3rd night in a row last night so no time for pampering or using up really - planning a bit of that tomorrow night though.Initial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000

A UU to report - FCUK Pure Shower Scrub 75 ml that was part of a gift set. WIBA - No. I body-brush before I shower, to exfoliate, which means that my skin is already scrubbed and tingly before I wash. It doesn't like being scratched by bits of walnut shell as I shower. It likes being moisturised and the shower scrub was good for that, also fragrance neutral, which is a plus. The matching FCUK Pure body lotion is very good, really thick and I will miss that when it's gone.
The shower-scrub would have been a 'pink rose candle' without this thread.
Because I wasn't overly keen on it, it wouldn't have been used up and I probably would have not used the lotion either, both would have probably hit the bin in 2012 or something!
Body-brushing really works for me, the bending involved greatly helps my mobility and the brushing aids my fluid retention problems. It's a great way to wake up quickly if you have no time to shower in the morning.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.0 -
my S&G righteous butter is still spluttering ...
a bargain product seeing as it lasts so long and doesn't smell too sweet either
