Oh poo. I had okish mood until I got email from ex. Poo, poo, poo. Well it took him almost month to reply to my previous email so I don't think he is in a hurry for my reply. He won't be paying all the mediation cost well I am not paying a penny so there we are. Just need to be able to put this in an email in a way that doesn't look bad if it goes to court. Perhaps suggesting him to go hang himself is not something I should do.

Sorry - sliding back to lurkdom...

((((((((((((((((((((((((Marru)))))))))))))))))))))))))))

all I can offer at the moment. Have messed up and cannot submit my tax return, so need to grovel and see if they will not charge me £100 penalty. Considering I made very little money through it, I hope so!!!!!

Hi marru. sorry to read youre not having a good day. tbh at first i misread your post ... i thought you were arguing over medication costs! ... i was sort of thinking blimey dont they have nhs prescriptions for that kind of thing!

ive just been chatting to a friend on facebook that had written this "my settee that i ordered was all wrong and the salesman that ordered it has left :-( im really mad!! :-( i have to wait another 16 weeks for a new one. iv been crying all afternoon iv had to pay 99 quid for a reselection fee and extra 39 pounds for delivery plus another 16 weeks to wait for settee"

honestly can you believe the cheek of some companies!
!!!!!! is a reselection fee! surely she shouldnt have to pay another penny if it was the salesmans mistake

puddings I have messed up big time. When I registered self employed over a year ago, I did all the stuff. UTR number, gateway, etc. Put all paperwork in a box, then couldn't find it... story off my life, still can't find my engagement ring or my certificates, so rang up and asked for UTR number, thought i had saved pin mumber for gateway number.... had to reboot roboform earlier this year, and am sure I lost some stuff I had saved. No pin number, requested new gateway number... but have to wait for pin number... have missed deadline. Tried to call to see if I could do it with them over the phone, as it won't take long, but so busy, they just saying thank you for calling, and cutting me off.

So I have to give up and see if I can call tomorrow, and then send in an appeal letter.

Things are so messed up for me right now... head is going to explode. I can't find DS' name labels, that I put somewhere safe... have looked in all safe places and not found them yet. need them as he has lost a brand new pair of gloves at nursery, and if I label his old pair, if he loses them, have half a chance of getting them back.

I need a day off.
and newcastle have sold Andy Caroll, so DH isn't happy :(

Evening gang - sorry to be so late logging on today, but been busy :o

Had a lazy morning, then off to look around the auction to see what was there for Wednesday, cuppa at car boot cafe, then to slimming club - I stayed the same weight this week which I was quite pleased with as I have been a little naughty :o and Mr 3Dogs gained a pound as he has been naughtier than me  We stayed to help weigh-in the second class, then straight home. I popped in to my neighbours for 10 minutes just tonight, as we needed to get dinner on

And, after dinner, we settled down to watch transfer deadline on Sky Sports News, as I put an item on eb@y for a mate - had a couple of problems but got it finished in the end
:( Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12 :( 3Dogs'Mam 31-3-13 :(

3Dogs, I picked up some records from one of the neighbours on the street, she was getting rid of them, as she had bought cds instead of the same records. some to me are classics like Afrika Bambata (sp) but I don't have a record player and if I try to sell them on ebay I don't know they are in good working order. Any advice?
