With the sleeping thing. It was quite weird really. About 10 years ago I had no real trouble sleeping & it was like someone turned a switch & said you are wasting time with all this sleeping. Since then I am lucky if I sleep 4 hours a night except when I sleep elsewhere!! That's called making the listeners want more! Sorry warped sense of humour. Can everyone deal with my somewhat twisted sense of humour if I warn you?
