I certainly wouldn't have kicked Steve McQueen out. Boyfriend (of several yrs) is boyfriend (he says partner) but not living together. I, luckily, realised that I really value my (hard earned) independence and space. This is making me think too hard

Good on you, if you enjoy your independence, then you need to protect it - you can still have the benefits without living together ;)

Well folks, I must say bye bye too - it's time for me to get to bed, if there's room in there with the dogs already in there   I've got a telephone appointment with the doctor at 8 am  Mind you, I will just go back to sleep after that ;);)

Many thanks for joining us tonight Patanne (I keep wanting to type Pantanne for some reason - but I will resisit) and please keep posting, like SW/Kit said earlier - you will fit in well on here ;);)

So Night Night everyone - sleep well, however long you sleep - sweet dreams and don't have nightmares  See you all in the morning

My insomniac response to the remaining 20 questions (come on SW we both know you can do better than 12 - remember age is just a number) & I hit my 20s in the swinging 60s. Holiday at the moment is anywhere that I can 'chill ' and sunbathe preferably with alcohol on tap. Next due Cyprus all inclusive using ***** moneysaving Tesco clubcard vouchers ***** costing a mere £230 incl single room supplement. Booked just before they changed to 3:1 instead of 4:1. For those of you used to booking as couples, single room supplements are worse than late payment charges - well not really but they are a total pain in the /***. Tesco clubcard points £400 and single room supp only £7 for the week. May can't wait! Just need to lose some weight -target 1stone - so I can fit into all swim costumes etc to make it totally MSE

Question 6 I am only 5'3" Question 7 sport none really but go to the gym once a week with my mother (yes do the maths - me 64 for another 2 months mother 85 & still goes to the gym). For those of you still bothering - boyfriend 11 weeks younger than me. Genes far inferior. We won't even mention my mother's boyfriend! Genes rule OK. More another time - thank you for making me feel so welcome. Whoever mentioned question 8 no comment! question 9 I gave up smoking in 1988. If you do smoke give up now please.

It is just me. Gosh quiet. Plan for tomorrow

    1. Do internet food shopping for weekend when steve, andy and susan and alan come down or i might just chicken out and do a T@sco home delivery, I was going to try to find Lidl but it will just tire me out. I have decided to stick with tesco as i can stay in tomorrow and chill for a bit.

I am doing chicken curry on Friday night, chilli on Saturday, Chow Mein on Sunday. fry ups for breakfast. Lots of snacks needed. Do you want healthy stuff or shall i get naughty biscuits? No time to cook biscuits so will stock up on things like biccies, crisps. Do you guys like coke, squash, what kind of milk do you like etc? what flavour muller rice? anything else? Need to get it right. Do you all have wholemeal bread? susan when do you eat melons? as a main meal? for dessert? am not quite sure how many to get?
    2. meet glenys?
    3. tidy house
    4. plan lesson - well it was a grade one when i taught it last year so i will just look through it.

Thanks Puddings, it is for me. I used to spend £6 a day taxiing to/from work and then £5 on teas and food. I have been so good and now i am eating sandwiches my sugars are easier to control and the walking is making me feel fit again!

Have you had a good day. I did but am a bit down. Dont know why? any good news?
