Me and Mr 3Dogs are Geordies but moved down to Cambridgeshire in 1985 -living in a village in the Fens now

The Fens? Fenland - the flat part at the top of East Anglia and part of Linconlnshire - so Lincs, parts of Cambs, and Norfolk - you can see for miles here as it is so flat!!!!
Definitely not a posh Geordie!!! Though, as I worked in offices all my working life, I do have a 'telephone voice' I sometimes use :rotfl: :rotfl:Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12

I still havent met one then
haha! I get where you are sort of. I've never been to that part of the country yet. So the most important question, what do you prefer North or sort of south?

We are between Peterborough, where we used to live, and Kings Lynn. We love where we are now, in a little village - the life here suits us very well :j All our family are still up on Tyneside so miss being up there for them, and the scenery up in Northumberland is fantastic
On balance though, we would rather live here, sort of in the middle, than on TynesideMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

Yes i've heard of kings lynn. Moving away from family must always be hard. When i hopefully move london way i will find that weird. I'd miss my parents a lot, but after i almost lost my dad when i was 13 (and now that he has parkinsons and theyre both old) i feel the need to be around them, because i wont have them around for as long.
Im shattered, so im off to bed! Good night everyone0
