still not good SW, and have soooo much to do over next few days. All I want is a few PJ days at home. No chance with DS.
Yes I feel sorry for SA, she did nothing wrong, except stand up for herself, always the bullies who get to keep the jobs....0 -
I will pray for the job interview to go well. She is so talented she will land on her feet. I hope you are resting dont do anything but the basics ok. Sometimes you have to do that to ensure you recover.
What a strange day it has been. Just found out the person who hired me may be leaving. Wonder if my job will be safe noone will protect me from the bullies now. It will be a free for all. Yuck. Thank goodness for mse and you guys you have no idea how much you help.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -

Hi Sw.

Bought some sharpies for DS from flea bay.
Was to be discounted P & P but when I tried to pay it showed full amount for the three items & wouldent let me change amount to pay.
Emailed seller to ask & he sent a link to their non ebay shop.
Emailed them & said but I had bought them on ebay.
No response.

Thanks beanie. i think them changing the postage from what they originally agreed is wrong can you post it in the ebay section of DFW? and see what they suggest? I am sure that you can take it to the ebay dispute team but i dont know what the procedure is.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220

Hiya guys - what a day I've had
My friend/neighbour was in so much pain with her leg that I told her yesterday to ring docs first thing to get an appointment and let me know so I can take her (she can't drive due to broken knee 'mending' and she has me on her insurance to drive her car). She rang me at 9 am to say she had an appointment for 11.20 am so I went back to sleep setting the alarm for 10 am to give me time to have a shower, eat my breakfast, take the doggies out (as Mr 3Dogs at auction down Essex) and we could leave home at 11 am
Snooze button after snooze button and I dragged myself out of my bed at ....... wait for it ........... 10.45  Quick wash and change, took dogs for very short walk, through a little dry dog food in dogs' bowls, then knock on her door at 11 am  Got to docs in time for appontment just to have to wait till 11.45 to be seen, she was in for over 15 minutes and came out looking sheepish as the doc thought she might have a blood clot and had arranged an appointment at KLynn hospital for 1.40 pm so would I take her? Course I would, so with a little time to spare, we called at A$da where she popped to the loo while I got us a tea, then I nipped round the shop for her eggs she wanted, and we wizzed over to KLynn - about 20 ins drive - there in plenty time - dropped her at door and went to find a car park space - packed out, went round twice and was just starting to go round again when I spotted someone pulling out of disabled parking area so nipped in there. In meantime she had walked all the way to the department she needed how I do not know as she could hardly walk - we then waited till 2.15 for her to be seen, then bloods taken, then seen again, then told she had to wait from 2.40 till 4 pm for a scan, so we went for a cuppa and something to eat, back by 3.50, taken for scan at 4.30, scan 5 mins to be told it was not a clot, back to haematology, told we had at least 45 mins wait but when we said but it's not a clot, nurse looked at notes and let us go home, saying she would write to doc and she was to go see her doc in 2 days to see what was causing the pain and swelling - home at 5.30 after seeing her into her house and settling her
Needless to say, both of us were kn*ck*red by the time we got home - she hadn't had painkllers since 6 am and I hadn't had any of my tablets in the morning with rushing out. Mr 3Dogs got in 5 minutes after me, so he took the doggies out poor things had been so goodand I made some quick dinner - now Mr 3Dogs is sorting through his boxes of goodies from the auction and I am catching up on here, but I can tell you now, that it will not be staying up late tonight

Sorry about your postage problem on $bay - a buyer can't change the amount they are payng and if you pay any other way that through their check-out system, you lose the protection that comes with it. The seller, if offering this discount, must change the amount, sending you a new invoice to pay from. If they don't, raise a query with $bay through their resolution centre
By the way, were they buy it now with free postage because I have had problems with amending postage on those before for multiple items
Sorry about your news at work SW - hope it all works out OK for you hunMr 3Dogs 3-7-12
