Vix in the summer hols i am going to visit all the nice people on MSE. Puddings is one of the first one's he lives up nooorf so i can visit him on the way to Miche's, and Frit's too. I reckon people on here are lovely. Then Beanie and George, he might get scared though. He knows how nuts i am!

ooooh gossip. One of the ladies at work who is a bit of a snob - well they tend to be - has admitted she is going to the pound shop as she is fed up of shopping at very expensive supermarkets.

Best mate Andy just rang up (not Steve's Andy as i love him too) and he said potatoes from L@dl aren't too good so dont try those. So far i am jolly impressed with the stew I made from their ingredients.

Vix, Puds is safe honest. I am gonna hug him and you too i want to meet all the nice people.

PS check out my NSD's. Last appointment at cognitive behavioural therapist tomorrow. Yikes. What happens if she decides i am not cured. I might be locked up like in One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest. Then a loooong day at worky poos. Can't wait till the weekend i am going to try to find my clocks and pictures in the garage.

Sorry I wasn't concentrating - footie was getting interesting - only 5 minutes to go - change that, into extra time and things have changed as Birmingham have scored p.s. it's a semi-final cup match by the way

Am going to inject in a mo had my supper one but need to do my overnight one.

I am so cold. Have done some shredding. Masses of paperwork here! I am a bit tempted to have a lie in and finish off paperwork recycling, shredding, sorting etcand not visit any shops but just to go to the psychologist and then go into work to clear my very messy desk and prepare for tomorrow. What do you think?
