Aesop can you offer any advice to start again? she has to confront bully tomorrow.

not feeling too good SW, that is why signing in and out. have heavy duty antibiotics for chest infection and not well. Women's things.

I am fed up with my job too. My boss went on an on today about how she has to pick up the pieces as we are not doing what we are paid for! Me - paid £7.50 an hour! They are not getting any more from me!

Deputy manager paid salary of god knows how much... well he can bloody well pull his finger out and earn his salary and stop telling me to do things this way that way, and the other. Then Manager comes along and says NO, this is the right way to do things!

He has upset 3 of our staff - well self employed but still, they have all made complaints about him... MD just waiting to get rid of him.

I had one minor complaint when I first started, as I mistakenly upset someone we are not allowed to "push" as even though she does not do things by schedule to the book, etc, she produces results and we need her!

there is a fair in march, I put my name down and then ignored the email re free creche for DS.... think I may change my mind. It is a job fair for working mothers.
