Fine Beanie, but he can't do too much yet due to his bad back - it is Kettlenetics - google it - we got it from Tatco Direct for just under £20 as it was on offer - it is mostly to tone up and free up your joints, rather than to build up muscle - a fair price compared to much fitness equipment :eek:

Hello boult and beanie, i have adopted Puddings. He is officially delish.:) Steve and Andy are entertaining so can't be here tonight. I must text them.

Aesop how did you cope with being in the house afterwards? Are your neighbours nice? Is there a neighbourhood watch by you. They are helpful.

My throat is still sore and the coughing won't go away.

SW -I used to jump at every noise. We have a noisy letterbox, I now check the window before I open the door, especially when I am not expecting anyone, and as DS is usually with me, I usually ask them at the window "what do you want?" DH got me chains for the door as I told him I wanted them for when we are at home, but he hasn't yet put them up.

Neighbourhood watch..... :rotfl: I was asked if I wanted to champion the one for our street!

My neighbours... they are nice enough to take my deliveries in, but this street.... there is no looking out for anyone else at all. They just don't care.
