    Oh dear, sorry moneypenny:(.

Plenty of like-minded souls on here so rant away if you need to let off steam, much better than bottling it up. If it's any consolation, mine nearly ended up skewered and spit roasted this evening, he's very lucky to still be alive, tbh:mad:

    (((((hugs)))))
    spoon xx

Thanks Spoony, though I think mine will be an ex mine now. Been seeing him 18 months but it's not going anywhere so don't really see the point of stopping with him for the sake of not being alone. Does that make sense?

Anyhow, trying to have a nsd today and on Thursday to make my 2nd target. On Friday I make the last payment on my car, thus making my nice little Harris *the Yaris* mine all mine. It also frees up £217 a month to snowball on the credit cards. yay :j:j:j

    Have a good one all
  • Thank you for my price spoon.:)

Please could you increase my total to 18 please.

    Thanks.

    A.xx

Glad you had a good birthday Cheryl ;)! Hope your chap's dad gets better soon.
I think mine will be an ex mine now.

Sorry to hear that moneypenny - there are plenty more fish in the sea though, and you sound like a catch, so I'm sure they'll be queuing up once word gets out! ;)

As for me and NSDs - unfortunately, yesterday was my big food shop day, but that should last me for a whole week, and I've no planned spends, so hopefully I'll rack up a few more NSDs before the end of the month.

    Have a good Monday everyone!

Yesterday was NSD 9 - doing pretty well on these Sundays at home - 4 out of my 9 have been Sundays.

Can't remember when I last posted - had to buy lunch on Friday as staff room with microwaves in out of action and then Saturday we had a day shopping and lunch out, food shopping and then petrol but not major unplanned spends anywhere which was good.

I know I won't make my target as there are only 8 days left in January and:

2 x Mondays - tea after work then rehearsals
    tomorrow food shopping
    Thursday hair cut

But it's a start at least and it's certainly helping me focus on my slightly random lower level spending and hasn't been helped this month by a dentist appointment and being busy on some nights so having to buy food on others.

  • Hi,

Just popping in to say Friday was another NSD taking me up to 9/15.

Yorkielass - I fear I am also not going to make my target, but agree it has helped me focus my spending.

    Have a good week everyone
