My poor brain is so frazzled at the moment I'd probably have missed it if even it was in flashing lights0

Someone is taking my books from the doorsteps of my allocated territory
Can't afford to lose them!
Our greatest weakness lies in giving up; always try just one more time0 -
Best way to tackle this is to get your customers on board - ask them to get the persons details, and to not leave there books outside. I know it's a pain, but then this other rep cant pinch them, and if there daft enough to knock and ask your customers for the brochure they can tell them where to go. If they've taken any orders, get your customers to refuse delivery when this other rep comes, they certainly won't take orders again when they just end up returning everything! Good luck in getting it sorted. If you can get a name or number, pass it to your area manager (or sl to pass to the manager) and they sort get in touch and tell them to stop else there account will be closed. It's theft taking another reps brochures and they will tackle it for you xAvon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

Ok - planning a bit ahead, but had my delivery this morning and got my shiny brochure 10's....only on C8 at the minute lol, but trying to work out an offer to support the launch of the hair dye.
So, which do you think would tempt customers to try the new hair dye / start buying advance techniques products to make it last longer
10% off the hair dye
10% off advance techniques range when they purchase a hair dye
get a free shampoo or conditioner when they purchase the hair dye
if you were a customer, which would appeal the most to you? Don't mind loosing some in earnings, just want to tempt people to start using the hair dye as it would be a good repeat order item.Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0 -
Speaking of deliveries - in my delivery I treated myself to the senses moisture mist from last times HT, and had a try. It's lovely and refreshing, will definitely be ordering it again!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0

I just collected my first books from my territory - only lost 1 because no one lives in the house anymore (it had candles in the window!). 2 orders out of 8 houses, one for £33 and one for £64! :j After being concerned I wouldn't make MOV I'm now a bit worried I'm going to be over my credit limit - will try and push family/self stuff back 'till next campaign!
One of the girls is looking for a mouse matt foundation that we used to do. I can't find it in C7 or C8 - is there anywhere I could pick it up for her? Or any suggested alternatives?
Also, regarding deliveries - what do you guys do when you're at work? Have a neighbour take it in or have a box in your garden to put it in or what? Bit concerned about it 'cause my neighbour takes in loads of stuff for us as it is so I don't want her having to take stuff in every 3 weeks! My Debt Free Diary

I think money off the actual hairdye would appeal to me most, or the free shampoo and conditioner. My Debt Free Diary

Hi lozza - that's a great idea offering an incentive. :T
Personally I think a free shampoo would appeal to me, especially if it was the advance techniques colour protection one....
The cheapest I can see the 250ml one is £1.40 in C9 and C10. However the 400ml one is only £1.50 in C10. With 25% discount the hair dye and 400ml shampoo would be £4.50, so there'd be no commission, but I think it might be worth it if it means you get regular custom for both the dye and the shampoo
Wonder what everyone else thinks?
I've tried the dye, and I'm really pleased with the results :j and will definitely buy it again:heart: I have this theory that chocolate slows down the ageing process.... It may not be true, but do I dare take the chance?0
