Just a thought - I do that for all my regular customers but do have some, who prefer not to have their names & addresses publicised in a book on their doorstep until it's collected so they leave the book out but without the order form. Even have one lady, where we have an understanding - I put an order form in, she leaves the book out but she will ring me if she has an order i.e. she never puts the order form back in.
No, just have my details on them, I do have a couple of customers that will now leave their books outside when ordering though, but they just keep the full lot inside and wait for me to knock.0 -

And when I have been signed on as me (a rep) it's never been clear which is the customer area and which is the rep area, although maybe I was missing something?
No newbeginning, I think you are right,it is not clear where the Reps area is and where the shared customer/rep area is.
Maybe someone should suggest on Connects that they amend this pronto,so reps don't post things we don't want customers to see.
I haven't been back since last year and am not going to.0 -

Every area is different, of course, but I get my delivery on a Thursday morning and provided a/cs are settled by Monday (ideally morning) then the delivery comes out as normal.
Incidentally, if anyone is struggling with uncleared cheques etc. then if you ring Fasttrak you can actually pay your Avon account with your credit card. Not always advisable but useful to know.;)
Thanks for the infoI logged in this morning and its showing a balance of -£70 and my order is now "prepared". I was panicking slightly with it being my first order. Lets hope they increase my credit limit now as I'll be canvassing more roads this time so hoping for more orders

I had a customer order the advent house but when it came it was broken, so I did replacement online, anyone know whether this will come with my next delivery? I did request immediate replacement but I've received the invoice part you normally get with a replacement in an envelope this morning, so was thinking maybe because of the size it will just come with my regular delivery?
Anyone know?0 -
EEEeek! ok so I got my order on thursday and deliveredit yesterday. I get a phone call today to from a customer to say that she hadn't received a product, I checked on the literature and it wasn't on the list. I have said I will reorder it for her BUT it's from C3 and I don't have any C3 books anymore to look it up to see if it's in another book. What shall I do?Squirrelling away in September No 33It's not about the money, it's about financial freedom, being in control of it and living in the natural world and not a material world0
