Morning! I've got a dilemma, nothing huge just wondered what you'd all do! One of my customers ordered the ellabath numbers plus free gift from c4 which I backordered in c5 order as she missed the c5 deadline. She has not ordered anything else from c5. The bath numbers are out of stock but the free gift is coming with my order today. Do I
1) give her the free gift and charge her £4 for it promising the numbers when they arrive
2) give her the free gift with no charge until she gets the numbers
3) keep the free gift until the numbers come, apologis and give her both items together

I know she is trustworthy, and the delays won't be an issue as it is a Christmas gift for next year!

Def. Not a life or death decision, just not sure best way to go!!

I would stick with 3. Drop in or leave a note advising it will follow then do both together.

Thanks MM. And yay delivery is already here . Had to wait till after lunch last few weeks so bit of a surprise when the door knocked at 8am!!

I was ment to get out the last few strangling books i was ment to put out yesterday, but I had an unexpected blood test appointment, and have been up most of the night rushing to the loo god i soooo hate not being well. Of all days i didnt want to be ill it was today, would be 2nd session at toddler group! and going on my own, but thing is i dont know if what kept me awake is contagous or not

Morning all, Think I have messed up on the ordering the bags. Paper bag's I have order 10 as I was thinking there single but I have a huge feeling there not?? LOL

Lol that will keep you going a while as they are in packs of 50 for the paper bags and singles for the plastic ones

hey guys, havent posted for a while so hope everyone is well. avon has taken a backseat lately, esp. with the 2wk camps. Thankfully we are back to normal now!
I have 269 houses to recanvass - 14 of which are existing customers. so the next few camps will be busy. If it would be helpful for people i will keep posting on the progress recanvassing. looking at the breakdown from my ASM, they expect 1 in 3 houses to be customers with an average spend of £4 each. I am lucky to get 1 in 10 at the moment.

Quick Q - What are the benefits/drawbacks of being an SL? My ASM has asked if i'd be interested but it seems pretty chocca with reps around here that i dont know if it would be worthwhile?

When my orders come i bag them up with the new book with them and deliver and i deliver the books to those who havent ordered on the same day too, ive moved a half an hour walk away from my current streets so its easier for me to get everything out in one hit and everything collected in one hit too I usually deliver books and orders on a monday and pick thm up on a thursday but with the move and everything ive decided to change my days and deliver on fridays (when my orders are delivered to me and so i dont have tons of avon lying around my house over the weekend) and pick up books on monday or maybe tuesday havent decided but i will be putting a note into my regular customers books to let them know about the days changing so no one gets confused
