I'll jump to their defence.. they're my favorite online retailer and i've had fantastic service from them over the 4 years i've been registered. I've only ever had 2 things sent wrong, and in those cases they've acted promptly to send me the right thing. Their prices are very keen and the lack of postage is great when you just want to purchase a single item.

But I got my voucher straight away and had a choice of 10. Hahahaha

all there when i got original incorrect email - just got 2nd correct email and only one dvd left - so ordered a very long engagement!! so be quick before that one goes too

I just got a confirmation from Play saying it's gone through for free- anyone else got this too?
