Been a bit naughty this weekend, I have arranged the family holiday for August. I know we should use the money for debt but it was planned from the strart of the year we would go as DS is now 15 and not sure how many more he will want to go on. I have thought long and hard about it and figure by the time we go we will have paid off over 50% of our debt its not old ways coming back as i am still aware we have a long way to go but we do need a little fun along the way. DH works in a very high pressure job and the only way to stop him working is to take him out of the country even then he takes laptop and phone but he does relax a bit.
Money news £78.25 coming from quidco and £10 from amazon, in fact may just go and see if quidco money has arrived. Also I have been very good woth my survey site so must keep that up.
Have a good day everyone

Its so quiet on here these days I hope you all havent been out spending.
Not much to report holiday is booked 50% paid and 50% to pay mext month im so excited as its the holidays that keep me going.
Moneywise not much has changed DH managed to put his expenses claim in although it was money that had come out of our account so its just going back in, however on monday it wil be 2 weeks to payday and dare I say it bank account is looking ok so could either knock another £50 of OD or make another overpayment I have to say seeing the account not so far into to OD is such a boost. In fact mentaly I will reduce the OD by the £50 hey its there if I really need it.
Plans for the weekend out Friday night for a curry so £20 max Saturday is DS training day then housework then a to a friends in the evening just need a bottle of wine as DH is driving. Sunday is catch up on some well earnt rest and packing for DH he is away with work next week so a cheap food shop this weekend.
Loving this great weather as no heating on and washing on the line saving me ££££MARCH 2016 DEBT £25750/ £25035

What a fantastic weekend what a difference the sun being out makes. Turned out a little more expensive than planned but im not going to worry about it i have had a great weekend. £10 sent to LLoyds and I paid a cheque and some coins in the bank on Saturday and as soon as they appear I will transfer them too.
This should be a very low spend week as DH is away with work from tomorrow so no petrol or food for him. Be back later to send some more money to Lloyds.MARCH 2016 DEBT £25750/ £25035

Hi there
I have been dipping in and out of your diary for a bit now. Well done on getting into the 20's that is an awesome acheivement.
Hope the money from OH work comes back through soon. it never ceases to amaze me how long some people take to claim back stuff they are entitled to claim...
chevI want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?

Hi Chev
Thanks for dropping in it seems very quiet these days on here, just sent another £35 to Lloyds. I think that could be it for overpayments this month unless I suddenly make some extra cash.
DH expenses have come back well the ones he paid out of our account, just have to get the ones he put on his cc sorted now.MARCH 2016 DEBT £25750/ £25035

Motivation here I come, I am going to challenge myself to find another £165 before the end of the month and get my total down to £28500. I also aim to get into £26K at month end when we get paid.
I need to make some extra money and I can only think of ebay for this, I am still doing surveys and collecting vouchers to go towards xmas.MARCH 2016 DEBT £25750/ £25035
