Topcashback make the basis on which you use their site quite clear:
http://www.topcashback.co.uk/Terms
http://www.topcashback.co.uk/sky-digital/
Topcashbacks's terms & conditions clearly address the position, in my view, in the event of any dispute, genuine or otherwise.
Yes, TCB is very clear. No problems with them.
To be honest, no problems with Sky (otherwise I wouldn't have taken the HD pack). It's just I want to put the effort in if it means I get a free £75. I didn't take the pack out on the idea that I will 100% get the cashback, but I remain hopefully.
Am I the only one who see's my side? I'm just saying the wording isn't idiot proof and I believe it allows some wiggle room to try and get the £75.Phantom_Flan_Flinger wrote: »I don't really see where there can be any confusion with 'Join Sky today.'

I don't think he is,I think it's you that is trying to scam £75 out of a website that is clearly obvious that the cashback offer is for new subscribers to Sky.
See..it's as plain as day, right next to the big blue Sky logo "Join Sky Today..."

It doesn't matter whether you think the wording isn't idiot-proof.
Topcashback won't receive any commission from Sky/its affiliate, hence they won't be able to pass anything to you.
If you raise a query with Topcashback, I suspect that they will simply tell you what you already know- that the offer relates to new Sky customers; and if you persist, they'll refer you to the terms and conditions of their site, which you will have agreed when joining their site.0 -

I'm sorry, I missed that. But at the same time, it doesn't say you can't already be a customer to claim cashback.
and I'm sorry if I've upset you.As I see it:

Thank you, this is what I've been looking for. I'll make a claim in a month, but won't go further if/when they say no.Thought for the day: each generation of mankind tends to hug the illusion of having reached the culmination of human achievement. No,you didn't upset me in the slightest.
I was merely pointing out that the offer is plainly aimed at new Sky customers not existing ones.0 -
Pertsonally I don't think you'll get it. You'd be better calling and going down the route of 'I want to cancel as Virgin have offered free HD'...0
