Yes, refund by paypal. Then request to cancel the transaction, if they agree, you'll get your fees back. No reason why they shouldn't as they got their money back.
How long have they been waiting for the item? Have they checked with the neighbours? local sorting office?
I remember a buyer contacting me after 2 weeks I posted her item (somewhere in Europe) I was ready to refund her but she was very patient and waited a couple more days. It turned up! said it was normal for her to wait up to 3 weeks for a parcel from Uk.
Am always wary of buyers opening an INR. I'd check their feedbacks to see if it's habit of theirs and report if suspicious. Although I haven't reported anyone.
Feel free to add her to your BBL, you don't want a repeat encounter with this buyer.
Thank you SO very much! I have done what you suggested. Many thanks for your help and guidance xoxYour biggest asset is TIME! I'm focused on multi-generational financial freedom.0 -
That's ok, Listerbelle. We all need guidance from time to time. I just hope I gave you the right advice:o

Happy Listing!0 -
Fab - I scheduled loads of items for last weekend in the hope we would get a free listing! Ill put them 'live' on Sunday0
-
i had a few low star ratings for dispatch time so I cant use free listing weekends! Nightmare
Sold 7 or 8 99p listings over the last few weeks, so have sent those buyers messages asking to leave + feedback etc as I am trying to improve my seller ratings.
Have a few 99p items listed at the minute & will get a few more on this weekend,
PS we had a fab wedding & hard to believe it was a full week ago! Another few weeks b4 the honeymoon, so will hopefully max out my 100 x 99p listings for this month.
Good luck with sales everyone :-)0 -
wow its been very quiet on here!!
i found an old ebay account, so I have listed 3 99pitems there this morning & updated email & paypal (well set up new accounts) so hopefully I can use this for any FLW that may arise. Plus this acc is in OH's name.
I have 26 99p items listed a the odd watcher but nothing to get excited about & defo no bids! Ah well
Hope you guys are all busy with ebay0 -

Glad that it worked out for your Listerbelle.
Also for you too Crunchie! That's great that you'll be able to take advantage of the next FLW.
I was a bit gutted to see that I missed one last weekend as I have so many things to unload. I had checked Thursday but saw nothing and didn't realize that the notifications can also come out Fridays! (My account was originally set up in the US and so I only get emails about US FLW despite all my details pointing to the UK now. So i really rely on you guys here to keep me in the know
Hope everyone's sales are going well and here's to another FLW very soon!!!!!!!!! Make Me Rich This Year eBay & Gumtree
