ok slight panic, it says ive just been charged £13.25 for my relists! yikes!!
waiting on live chat loading with ebay!
normally it comes up as £0.00! Panic.com

Have you listed them at one pound or over?

    You pay for 99p listings.

Did some of them have BIN options?

Grr, am getting really fed up of people who don't read the 'Collection only' part of my listings. It's happened a couple of times now where they come to pay and then message me saying "I didn't realise it was collection only, can you post it?" No! If I could post it, I would have offered postage on the listing!!

Bah. I think I'm going to start putting 'Collection only' in my listing titles.

Hi guys, apparently my seller performance ratings have dropped - and this makes me unable to use free listing days
Mark on live chat we xtremely helpful & told me how to check the seller dashboard & it turns out I have low rating on dispatch times.
As a goodwill gesture they are not charging me for the relists thankfully
Yes they were all £5 or higher and not buy it nows
So I just have to improve on my dispatch times then b4 I can use free listings. My 100 99p listings a month are not effected thankfully.
But of a bummer but hey ho these things happen I guess!

So sorry to hear about that credit_crunch. Hopefully won't be too long before you get some good stars on your dispatch. I give myself 2 days to post my items but sometimes I post on the the 3rd day of them paying. I include an apology in my usual message after posting. I check my DSR regularly now since I started selling a lot more beginning of this year. The more you sell, the more chances of negs and low marks on your stars. Can't please everybody. A little peed off with collection only buyer as she left me positive feedback but I think she left me a low star on p+p. Will know for sure tomorrow as I ran a report. I scheduled a few, I'll go back and edit them tomorrow. Just did the description, no photos yet.

    Happy listing!

Im always checking my stars - Im a little obsessed with them. Thats bad news Credit_crunch :( at least they gave you your fees back though!! I tend to post straight away nowadays and panic if I dont post within 24 hours! I dont think buyers realise what an effect they have by giving low stars....

How did everyones listing go? I only managed 13 items,,,,Was such a glorious day that I just chilled and then raced to add some items about 9PM! Already got a few watchers so fingers crossed. Could do with some additional funds, got a holiday coming up and there seems to be something to spend my money on all of the time at the moment :(

I'm trying to get back on the ebay wagon again after failing miserably and falling off a few months back! Sold a couple of cheap things about a month ago, but all in all pretty poor effort! lol. However, I am getting more skint by the day, and need some more space in my cluttered house!

I managed 7 listings at the weekend which I was pretty pleased with considering my poor form and the weather :D Although 5 of them were relists.... But it's still better than nothing! Fingers crossed they sell this time round...

    Hey Everyone,

hope you can help/advise. I bought something a month ago from ebay that was incorrectly advertised. I sent it back to the seller who says that they never received it and so won't give me a refund. I have proof of mailing (wish I had asked for signature) so does this mean that i now have to go through the process of claiming my money back from Royal Mail? Also, would anyone know if they would refund me for the mailing costs both to me and the ones i spent?

Thanks so much and apologies for the 'me' post. Just so busy at work right now.

    Thanks! Slipper

RM will look at your claim for the item you sent
what you paid the seller for original postage is a seperate matter.
you surely had to think what would happen if the seller said they didnt get the item?
