Here's some information that might help
If you haven't received payment on an item you sold, try sending the buyer a reminder. If you can't work it out with them directly, you can open an unpaid item case where the buyer has 4 days to pay. If they do not pay, you can close the case and receive a final value fee credit.
To open an unpaid item case, click the Open a case button, select the item and follow the onscreen instructions. If you've already opened a case, check the case status in the Resolution Centre.0 -
Thanks everyone. Just a quick update on that spa voucher. As it turns out they were kind enough to agree to refund the cost if we returned the vouchers by Saturday. So I've sent them express guaranteed Saturday delivery just now. :j Definitely worth the call.!!!!!! Make Me Rich This Year eBay & Gumtree

well done Aesop for finding that out
Cant believe we have another free listing weekend!
Thanks for non payment info - this customer has purchased from me before and was a late payer, I think I had to open a case last time and she eventually paid. I opened the case 4 days ago on this recent purchase - but no payment from her so far. Guess Ill close the case and get my fees back then - can relist this weekend0 -
I have managed to list 11 items today, one already has a bid on.
have been paid for 3 bought last week, another 3 ending soon
never had much luck before with ebay, but since posting on this thread, has picked up.
You must be the lucky thread! am aiming for a realistic 30 over the whole weekend.0 -
Tough call with the free listing weekend falling on the warmest days of the year so far! With that in mind I am aiming to get 20 new listings and relist another 35. That, and spend as much time in the garden as possible! Guess I will need to get up nice and early tomorrow.Sealed pot Challenge 2011 member No 1241 - Final total £154.21

It is still foggy here and I woke up with a stonking headache this morning so I don't mind sitting at my computer with a coffee in one hand, weighing scales in another and measuring tape in the third (I am a woman, I was born with more than one pair of hands, lol).
I am very pleased to have loaded up another two items so that completes my target of 10 listed every weekend.
Plus, I have also listed 7 other, more expensive items, scheduled for this evening (I will go in and edit so they list about 9ish) for 10 days. Not sure if they will sell or not, but will just keep them to relist every FLW in future if they don't go this time.
Phew, going to take some paracetamol now (and thanks for the encouragement everyone)!31.5/1000 -
Hi how long do they keep you on 10 items for, does your feedback have to be a certain percentage . Would be grateful if someone can answer this for me thanks.:)0

As I firmly believe that a NPB should have it recorded in their feedback. However if you close a case because you have not received payment before leaving f/b then you are prevented from leaving f/b - its bad enough you can only leave a positive. I have recently had a NPB who made no attempt to pay/contact me - this time I made sure I left f/b before closing. It just said 'Non paying bidder'Be the change you want to see -with apologies to Gandhi

I've managed to list 10 items today, although a couple of those were BINs.
I'm listing some of OH's stuff atm, which I always find more difficult because I don't want to start it too low incase it only sells for the starting price. He assures me he doesn't mind what it goes for, but it feels like more pressure when it's not my stuff
Prob won't have time to list anything tomorrow because we're seeing friends, but may manage some relists in the evening.
Good luck everyone with your listings :TMortgage when started: £330,995
