1And you coupon .. Make sure if you go out partying you dont leave the car slightly touching a white line or my colleagues will have to send you a legally unenforceable letter to state we will remove all freedoms of liberty for 2011. now you wouldnt want that would you?!
Went to the footy instead and watched my team win. No need to park in private land, got the train there as usual.
But I would seriously LOVE to collect loads more unenforceable letters from PPCs in 2011. Every single one costs them money and they will not get a penny of my hard-earned.
Do you like my new signature? Hope the message gets out when I post on other boards.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

kite that idea wont have any cost ramifications to them tho. If they get to pay for seeing this forum then they will see how people are on to them.
It would do, send the dummy cheques but forgetting accidentally to place a stamp on the envelope, would cost them to pick the item up from the post office.0 -
3D'oh, sorry to those peeps who have not had some scrap paper arrived through their letterbox yet.
I did indeed forget to have a zero option...

 After having read some of your posts I am looking for adivce, I received a ticket from EuroCar while parking outside my local cinema in Glasgow. I was parked in a disabled space but the disabled parking badge had fallen of the dash board when I closed the door. I received a ticket for £50.00m £30.00 if paid within 14 days. Should I be paying this. Not sure if the the situations apply in Scotland. Looking for advice.0

Just ignore it, don't correspond with them, it will only encourage them.
You will receive a few threatening letters, then they will give up.0 -
1Same in Scotland as in England. You must ignore Euro Car Parks, this is not a fine.
I got a ECP ticket 2 years ago, you just get 3 letters from them and their pet debt collector Control Account. Click the link on my signature to see the whole parking board, including two important sticky threads at the top by Crabman. Look at them, follow the links, you'll see the exact letters you will be sent, in pictures and you will find a link to Watchdog which should set your mind at rest.
Nothing will happen, no Court, no CCJ, no bailiff, no effect on your credit rating.
Happy 2011.

I had my first and only "ticket" last year in July after overstaying on a supermarket car park (I obviously take to long doing my shopping!) I was a little stressed by it (thanks for the stress CP Plus!) but after advice on here, I ignored it! I haven't heard anything since, no letter, nothing!:heart2: Newborn Thread Member :heart2:

Right you dont need to pay thats for certain ..
But these are the sorts of excuse i see daily when people do write to us. The disabled badge isnt the lightest of things there is no way on heaven or earth unless you were parked on the side wall of a mutlistorey car park would the disabled badge fall off.
But yes overall dont pay. You will get some nice letters followed by some not nice letters then Kapow! they leave you aloneHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
