  • How unusual, a ppc posts and the thread gets diverted away from its original purpose.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

You can ask me as many times as you want. I am not at liberty to reveal my actions but i will confirm that if i feel a ticket has been issued without meaningful cause i would place this in writing to the company in concern.

It doesn't matter that you say you would put it in writing.

The facts are, that even where people have valid tickets and they send them back as proof of the ticket, under appeal, the appeal is rejected. Then they move on to the threats, pretend solicitors etc.

Lack of credibilty would you say? :o

I was naughty today, I parked in a supermarket car-park then walked off site to visit a DIY store before coming back to spend £40 in the supermarket, whose car-park wasn't half-full.

Naughty me, I hope the man from Euro Car-Parks doesn't send me a lovely piece of paper asking me to pay.

Again as i have already said i would agree that the appeals process for [STRIKE]some[/STRIKE] MOST companies is unfair.
