BF came to my rescue this afternoon and helped with about 60 or more feet of chicken wire that was just under the surface of the grass, all pulled up, cut to the fence where he couldnt pull it any further etc. Bless he got blisters, and I have cuts on my fingers from my earlier efforts. Ache all over now.
BF couldnt stop as he has taxi duties, but stayed for tea, and we watched a bit of TV together after DGD had gone to bed.
Although biggest had some twinges we havent had any more frantic calls.
DS rang me to tell me he had a new number/telephone contract, and then that somehow he was £40 overdrawn in his bank! So I said that he better call the bank on Monday and arrange an overdraft then to tide him over until his wages arrive. If he thinks I am paying it off when he has no set overheads then nope. Sorry mate. When he pulls his weight with his sister then perhaps I will think about helping financially more. He already had £10 out of me yesterday towards the weed killer and £10 earlier.

right I am off to bed. Tired out.

DGD has helped me hang the washing out. I would rather do thier washing then to have the pile of smelling festering clothes looking like a scene from Grime Fighters, that the kitchen was becoming. Unfortunately her previous BF took the washing machine.
I dont mind washing. I hate ironing and will not do that.

All is forgiven Mooloo :rotfl:. I remember now that he took the washing machine.

I thought your daughters lived in supported accomodation, if they do their support worker should help her apply for funding from local charities towards a washing machine.

Hope you have a good day today and don't ache too much.

Ache a lot!" but its worth it" I think. So much achieved, even if its just the video of the garden now on disc and ready to send to the the MD of the housing association.
DGD is playing in the bath!
I am just near by, so I can see her, dont panic anyone.
Watching the Grand Prix and catching up on loads of threads on here, and making notes to Money Save again!.
Really low bank balance made me sit up and take notice, that my funds are lower then they have been since DGD first came to live with me!.
Sewing still not getting done, and annoying me now, but know I had to use the good weather to work in the garden.
Nervously waiting for the Arrival of Baby Bean tomorrow.
Tired, sore and will be having an early night, unless I get another wind, 2nd wind,? I need the first today.
BF not about as had his place to deal with, and his daughter to taxi about.
I have been to see my folks again, came home with 17 ties, ready to make this handbag that was on a Tutorial on line. Then some denim trousers that Dad didnt like wearing.
Also the Videos on disc which is why I went there anyway.
I dropped off the washing to twin2, and picked up DS's work stuff to wash.
Yes the BF took the washing machine. No her place is not assisted housing as such, just a support worker who helps her when she can via charity help but that was a cooker, not a washing machine.
Now that the boys are not with her, I am not sure what she is entitled too.
The other twin is in supported accommodation, (with no sign of the support these days. There is a washing machine in the office but the office is no longer manned and they cannot therefore access it!).
I dont mind the washing, if they will make an effort to keep themselves and thier homes cleaner! (But again I may be hitting a brick wall, but at least I am trying to have some sort of an imput, without the major financial one. If I am helping them this way at least I am doing my little bit, and they cannot say I have abandoned them!).

Got to go, time for DGD to come out.

Perhaps when you get your sewing done your bank balance will improve! Can your daughter get a washing machine and pay in for it, like a catalogue or something, or would she not be able to manage the payments?

Tomorrow is my Mum's birthday so your new grandchild might be born on the same day!

Oh Jo, that would be a good one, and a Gemini now. Sign of the Twins, (might as well keep the theme in the family anyway).
Been on the web/researching all the things I want to achieve when I am able. Havent forgotten about the various requests and ideas that you all have put my way. Hope non of it was urgent! I aim to be at the sewing machine tomorrow to at least keep myself busy while I cannot be with Biggest of Mooloo!). Having to wait until the evening is awful! Oh well thats something I cannot worry about.

Back to the research I suppose.:D

Managed to do some cutting out, and some planning ready for sewing tomorrow.
Things are getting on top of me, and so I must plod on, dispite not really feeling as if I can.
Biggest of Mooloo has called to remind me, update me of the details for tomorrow. Not sure of the time of the operation, just that she has to go in at 8am. Then its up to the hospital. I may not be able to go and see the baby until Tuesday, as they put her on the HDU for the first 6 hours approx, until she can feel her legs and walk again. I will be so frustrated. In Oxford I could go in and see the babies any time.
    Different hospitals I suppose.
Molly is on standby to help with DGD thank goodness.
Seem to have missed another Ebay free weekend again! Just not organised enough.

Been looking at the stash of ties my folks gave me today. Have probably got enough to make a bag that I may be quite proud of. A few will need a bit of a clean first, but I am sure I will be able to use them.
The next thing is getting them in the right order to make them look thier best, and to think what I can do with the pieces that are left over. Waste not want not etc.

All the best to Biggest for tomorrow Mooloo, I will be thinking of her through the day and hope it goes well. I had a C Section with my second, it was an emergency though, and so a bit different, but I was desperate to see my mother and sister afterwards, so you may get to go on Monday. xx

Taken a gamble and listed the Tie I had made my Dad on Ebay, and the patchwork bag I had made. Not got around to doing the walking stick bag though, as I am tired, and it took me too long to do the other things. Nothings ever plain sailing for me when it comes to technology!
Ah well Now I really am going to bed.

Well today is the day that we should have our new little arrival!

I have been on Ebay sticking up my walking stick bag as well. Thought it may as well get up on thier, but i have put it as a Buy it Now, because I would rather loose a couple of quid on the listings then sell it for 99p.!

Time to get DGD ready for Nursery, then I have the morning to sew, followed/interspersed with Housework, and letter writing.
If I can think long enough about anything.
