Well I've checked my order status and it's been put back another 3 days.
I put a very cheery comment on their facebook wall yesterday which has been removed,and I'm now prevented from commenting :mad:

Don't worry I had posts removed from FB and have been banned from their forum,my order says expected dispatch today .Not holding mt breath though.

The latest promotion of cost +£1 seems a little suspicious as well,yesterday at one point there was only 1 order remaining then it shot up to 7,then 3,then 9,then 4 and today at the moment showing 2,anything to get people to place an order.

Whoop whoop somebody has managed to leave a neg comment on trustpilot,I wish I knew how they got a code.

Keep us posted Beamer525 I haven't given up,we can ill afford to lose £80 .The whole point of making wine is to save money.

LOL their promotion has just gone from 2 orders available to 9 available,Can this really be legal.

I do hope as many as possible will leave a review on trustpilot now.

Quite remarkable my order has now been moved on to the 15th Feb

Yes our dispatch date is the 15th bet that's a busy day eh !
The special offer order total was only 3 remaining earlier and now it's back in the 80s.
Still I suppose the website's still there I wonder if it will dissappear ?

I sent them an email regarding sending out my in stock items about 4 days ago and now have a reply asking me to pay an extra £4.95 to cover postage costs.But if you go down this route via there question page they give you a call to take payment details ,great so I am hoping that now I will at least be able to speak with somebody from their company :j.
Also I have been on to Trustpilot along with a few other upset customers and they tell me that they are now investigating them regarding not being able to leave feedback.

I finally got some of my items after kicking up a massive fuss.

I had to cancel a £20 item and I got the standard 10 working days line for the refund. It’s long been 10 working days and now I’m hounding them for my money back – to no response of course.

Yes I’m a newbie... but this is the first time I’ve had such bad service from an online company. This thread is well deserved.

I've been making a good amount of Turbo Cider since waiting for my order. Oh and larger Tescos seems to be selling Wherry for £19.99. It'll come up £21.99 on the till - just call the manager over.

What have we all been ordering ? Do you think it's everything "out of stock" or just certain things.
My order was for Solomon Grunday gold merlot and gold chardonnay 30 bottle kits.:)
