Could I just add something

I went in to view the order I placed on Xmas Eve which hasnt been dispatched.

I went to view the order and clicked on change (next to a shirt i had ordered) and when i reconfirmed I did not want gift wrapping, it reduced the total by 30%

I am worried that half the items are no longer available to buy (yet still reserved for me I hope as I placed the order when the items were in stock) but was surprised that a tiny change revalued the order.

It still says "30% off all sale prices" on the website, bit of a swizz if it's only on certain items. I don't know if I'll bother after what happened with the hampers.

I'm a bit puzzled by their maths. I made an order of £58.00, all sale items, and yet it has only taken £15.60 off. I thought it would take £17.40 off as that's 30%. Have I missed something?
