    has anyone had a 2nd email from them of an invoice? i have but my computer doesn't have the right program to open it to see what it says

    If you click on the pdf link on your order status it opens up an invoice.

    doh! i clicked on it and it said you don't have the correct software to open, i assumed it was some weird german thing:o no its just because i'm on a new laptop i got for christmas and i haven't downloaded adobe on to it:o

    Its definitely not German lol. Glad you found it. I didn't think I explained it very well, Its a detailed 4 page invoice. I would think there might be a copy in the parcel as well when it arrives.

    Yes :p doesnt look like theres any picking order, the first order i placed was sent last, one thats being sent from Germany was sent first.
    But that one has been sent by GLS and will be passed to parcelforce on 24 hour delivery when it hits our shore according to the GLS tracking site.

    Placed the order on the 27th Dec if that helps give you a rough idea!
