I'm lurking on here wondering when I'll get my dispatch note! I placed an order at 2.35pm on the 29th so am itching to know if/when it gets dispatched.... Would it be possible for any more posters confirming they've had dispatch notes to also add when they placed their order? Ta v much.

I also would use them again, just to join in the glitch/marketing debate so they've gained me as a customer. Was interesting reading peep's thoughts about shops/suppliers that sell live animals - not something I'd thought about before and I consider myself pro-rescue too.

i ordered yesterday at about 11am and got a dispatch email today at 9am. i don't think items are despatched in the order they are placed all the time. factors such as location in the warehouse may have an influence when they're packed etc.

on a side note, i ordered the following: http://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/small_pets/snacks_supplements/mixes/jr_farm_snack_mixes/40881 are these fit for human consumption? the ingredients may suggest that they are, but are there any additives/flavourings that make them fit for animals only?

interestingly, the above product is being shipped from germany via GLS. may take a while to get here.

I wouldn't try them myself but I wouldn't eat peanuts sold for feeding the birds either. It may be that they wouldn't necessarily make you ill, but they may just be very low grade ingredients.

Not sure if manufacturers of animal food are required to comply with the same levels of hygiene as those involved with food for human consumption.

thanks karlie and yummyscrummymummy. I've got terrible baby brain at the mo' (new arrival xmas eve!!!) and thought that I'd ordered 2 days ago & not just yesterday (it IS the 30th today isn't it?!!!) Loving these sleepless nights, every day seems 4 times as long! I will be patient and wait for my moggy grub

i dont think it will be here soon, on the e mail it said i cant track the parcel until 2-4 days after i receive the e mail so i think i might have 3-4 more days to wait! my dog is going to be super happy with the treats and i will donate some to the dogs charity :T
